They fit! Was disheartened to find the package sitting on my porch completely waterlogged from a downpour of rain while I was at work, but the shoes themselves were fine thankfully. In terms of size and fit, they're made of polyurethane (PU) so they'll likely stay more rigid than leather. They're also not very breathable, but I knew this going into making the purchase. I'm going to be the best man to the groom in a wedding set in October, and I had the requirement of the color being 'cognac' specifically. These are close enough in coloration -- not exactly right but they'll pass. A personal requirement was a wide width. Normal medium-sized shoes simply DO NOT fit my feet. After searching every retail store in a 20 mile radius, I couldn't find anything in wide widths. So, I took a chance buying these during a lightning sale here on Amazon. The area in and around the tongue of the shoes are a little more narrow than I'd like but these shoes are only really needed for one day so I'm not worried about it. After trying them on and wearing them for about 20 minutes my feet felt like they were on fire from body heat -- very little breathability. But again, I knew this going into the purchase. After grueling out a period of uncomfortable heat, feet acclimated to it. Given the insole itself has much to do with this, I'll probably replace the one it has with a gel-based one and I'd wager that it will help a lot. Overall construction is satisfactory and come October we'll see how well they perform. In the meantime, we'll see how well they keep while they wait in the closet for closer to the date of the wedding.

A friend of mine is getting married and I'm one of his groomsmen of course they picked out what we were going to wear and he sent us links so we could buy what we needed I was worried about the shoes being expensive, they are very affordible they'r comfortable and they are look great

These MERIDOS Men's Dress Shoes are a huge disappointment. They look decent in pictures, but in reality, they’re uncomfortable and cheaply made. The soles are stiff, and after just a few wears, the material started creasing and looking worn out. For formal shoes, I expected much better quality and comfort. Definitely not suitable for long wear, and certainly not worth the price. Don’t waste your money on these!

I bought these for my husband to wear in his brother’s wedding. My husband is a Conversr and Vans guy. That’s it. Never do his feet venture into other types of shoes. However, little bro is getting married and the wedding party got a strict dress code including the link to these shoes. I just KNEW this was going to be drama - bc Converse and Vans these were not. However, we opened them and while they do have a strong smell, they look fantastic, and he actually LIKED them. He put them on and I would be lying if I didn’t include that he may have even had a skip in his step. He looked fancy and he said he felt like someone with great style. After I picked myself up off the floor from shock, I convinced him to take the shoes off so we don’t have any mishaps in them prior to the wedding. He said they feel great, are true to size, and well, he likes them! If you can convince a non dress shoe wearer to like dress shoes I think that the product speaks for itself.
