My kiddo LOVES this thing and uses it every day! It's his favorite place to play on, crash on, lounge on, etc. He even uses the cushions as makeshift companion cubes to stand on in the kitchen (a fact that isn't necessarily okay but true). The foam is full and retains it's shape beautifully, but we followed directions down to the T to ensure it did, no shortcuts. Quality of fabric is spot on and actually easier to clean than I expected. Babies can be messy, so this is definitely important. Really one of the best purchases we've made. He's gotten a LOT of usage out of it and there is absolutely no wear and tear so far. Don't expect we'll need to replace it any time soon - but if something did happen, I would buy another in a heartbeat. He even naps on it fully laid out, and it's adorable. The media could not be loaded. not happy - this is my second couch, granted the first one we got was 3 years ago. however that one is strong, is still perfect, the foam is VERY hard and firm still.. this couch i just got? SUCH flimsy foam, the foam hasnt filled out the cover and it is absolutely going to rip id say within the first month if that. i am very disappointed. wanted my child to have a couch to match my older childs that we have. these arent cheap and i am very disappointed. not even sure what im going to do with this as we are not going to use it. its like the foam hasnt filled out the cover. cover is so loose and flappy. not sure if i got a bad one or if theyve cheaped out on foam over the years but i would not purchase again. super disappointed. ... show more

I would recommend this for sure. I was surprised how firm this play couch was. For a kids building and play couch it was worth the cost of around $90. I don’t think I’d buy this design again for over $100. At the time there was a promotion going on. The main part that folds to make the couch armrest and back rest started to pull apart after owning it for about a month. Thankfully the pieces are individually sewn so as this started to happen I just took a seam ripper and took it off so the fabric wouldn’t get further damaged. Now the pieces are just 4 individual parts that we actually like better. Others mentioned a bad smell and yes there is a bad odor to the product. I took the covers off washed gentle line dried and they went back on with some effort. No joke give yourself a good 45 min to really get the covers back on. Just take your time so you are not ripping your zippers because you are rushing. The fabric didn’t shed as bad as some reviews said either. It wipes clean so easy too for that I’m not as anxious when kids are having snacks or popsicles on it. We let the foam pieces air out for days. In our closet initially because it was a gift we wanted ready but the smell was overwhelming in our walk in closet. then we even let it sit outside in the sunlight to air out on and off for a few days. Overall with some grunt work of airing out and washing I give it 4 stars. We plan to purchase their other larger style for Christmas as an alternative to the nugget or Sam’s club play couch. ... show more

Ordered for a gift. Wished I had taken it out of the box prior so it had time to expand but once it did, it was great. Size was bigger than I expected. Easy to fold. Color and fabric was spot on. Very soft

This review is long, but worth it: I researched probably a dozen different play couches, before I decided to purchase this one. I personally like the cream color because then I KNOW when it is dirty and I can just wash it! I washed and dried (in the dryer even, gasp!) the covers and I had no problem getting them back on the foam pieces again. It takes some time to get them back on, but not impossible. I also love the ribbed material, very cozy. I also prefer the “smaller” size compared to a typical nugget couch. I picked this size because it is still big enough for my toddler to play on, but not so big that we can’t easily store it if need be. I also liked that it is just 4 pieces - I did not want 12 individual pieces to keep track of, wash, etc… The foam is a very nice quality and very dense. My husband and I even sit / stand on it and it has held up perfectly. We have owned this for about a month and love it. So glad I bought this and didn’t spend $250 on a Nugget couch. When it arrived, thankfully, we had no issue with any chemical smell or smell in general. Absolutely LOVE this purchase. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Nugget couch but: 1.) Does not want to spent $250 2.) Does not have a huge space to put it Love it. So glad we ended up getting this! ... show more
