After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical of ordering the product and then having it never come to its full size and then having issues return it. But we really likes the functionality of it turning into different things. We wanted a ball pit but didnt want to have it out everytime and this was perfect solution: turn it into a sofa after playing. So we ordered and followed the instructions, after like 3 days it was at its full size. My kid loves it. Its cute and soft and safe for her to play. Recommended

My toddler loves this couch it’s not very heavy so he can move it around whichever way he likes (he’s only 2) The cushioning is great it doesn’t seem like it’ll get flat or squished for a while. Super cute that it glows in the dark after it’s been exposed to light. Mine did come with a small tear about an inch wide but I sewed it in less than a minute so not worth the hassle to exchange or anything. Most spills were easy to wipe off except for on the actual design parts because they’re like a white mesh material, would probably have to throw it in the wash.

Update: I returned the first couch and reordered and the new one was fully inflated in 12 hours. Love it! Looks just like the pictures, even stands up like the picture for a puppet show (which is still pretty ridiculous because as soon as it was touched it would fall back over 😂). Still don't care for the zippers and worried about the fabric giving out and ripping where the top and bottom are connected. I'm sure it's just a matter of time, hopefully I'll be able to mend it when it happens. My kid absolutely loves it though and I can sit on it without crushing it. I thought this kid couch was so cool but it turned out to be a bit of a let down. It has been over a week and the foam has fluffed up but it still isn't full like the listing pictures. The foam isn't tall enough to fit the cover so it's tight around the zipper and baggy on the tops and buttoms. One side is thicker than the other, the seat pad is bowed, and when I took the cover off thinking it might help it inflate it looked used. It had a big square shape of discoloration like it had been sittng in the sun for a long time with something sitting on top of it. Since the cover is so loose that the top and bottom parts are unsturdy and slide around, I wouldn't be surprised if the material ripped at that point with a kid playing on it. Once I did let my 18 month old play on it the zippers slowly opened slightly, they're not very tight and there's no slot for them to be tucked in. Oh and the puppet show idea is ridiculous because the foam is so bowed all over that it DOES NOT stand up. I'm so disappointed because I had such high hopes for this thing, especially for the price. The material is soft but thin, however the stars do glow well. I might try to order a replacement but returning it now that it doesn't fit in the box would be tough.

I got this couch for my son for his first birthday. (We gave him a "big boy" room for his birthday this year just like we did with my daughter) this couch is absolutely wonderful. It got here about a week before his birthday, so per the instructions i unzipped the couches so that the foam could expand (it says for at least 48 hours i believe) i decided to just take the foam completely out of the covers. That was a slight mistake because they are extremely tough to get into the covers, definitely a 2 person job. Other than that this couch is perfect. My son absolutely loves it and when my daughter is playing in his room (he has all the cool toys even though my daughter has all of the cars) she absolutely loves playing on this couch too. Its the perfect height that my 1 year old that is 31 inches tall can easily climb up and down and it has made him brave enough that he thinks he can climb on EVERYTHING now. All around i highly suggest getting this couch for your little ones, it seems to be made of nice material, and i think your child will get as much enjoyment out of it as mine has! Enjoy the picture of my son sleeping and pushing himself off of his mattress.

I am one of the unlucky ones who received a defective couch. The foam would not fully inflate even though I took the cover off and let it sit for 7 days. After three days, it was partially inflated. I tried using a hair dryer, putting it in a closet with a space heater, and letting in sit in the sun for a full afternoon. No change. The image you see here is on day 7 and is exactly as it appeared on day 3. Here's the challenge - The document packed with the couch said, "If the item can't rebound in 5 days, please email our after sales item. We will give you a satisfactory solution." Unfortunately, they failed to include the email. Nor could I find any way to contact them through the Amazon site. Often there is a "contact the seller" link in the order information. There was not one for this item. The next step was to request a refund from Amazon. They wanted the item returned. I finally figured out how to chat with a real person and tried to explain how this particular item was too big to return as it was partially inflated and would not fit back in the original box. The customer service agent insisted that I had to return the item. So off I go to UPS who, of course, won't take the pieces of foam unless I boxed them at approximately $80. I've had good luck with other foam products that were compressed for shipping. I thought this item would be OK. Afterall, it has very high ratings. However, I'm one of the unlucky ones who will be eating $120 - a pretty bitter lesson. ---------- UPDATE: I wanted to let you know that the seller reached out to me after posting this review to offer me a full refund.
