First of all, my toddler hands down adores this, as do his cousins when they come over (two toddlers about 20lbs each fit very easily). He can fold and unfold it and has fun spreading the blanket like he sees mom and dad do, and he recently was delighted to discover it glows in the dark. So it's a great product--when you get a good one. I ordered it before his birthday with enough time to let the cushions expand (instructions recommend about 5 days since it comes vacuum-sealed in a surprisingly small box). However, one of the zippered compartments (there are three, I think, for different areas of the chair) was broken and the zipper would not open at all (got some stronger hands to try, tried oiling the zipper to help it slide--nothing worked). So I returned it and ordered a new one. The first thing that happened? The new zipper broke apart in my hand. Not just the pull-tab, the loop it is affixed to also came off, making it useless. My husband and I managed to push the zipper along with our fingers and get everything closed, so we ended up keeping it anyway, but it's not like I'm the Incredible Hulk and just busted the zipper from raw strength. Now that it's all assembled, however, it is definitely a hit. I love the design, how soft it and the blanket is, and that it folds out. ... show more
