I am one of those people who is perpetually cold, so clothes being genuinely warm means a lot to me -- and these are! I've worn these on chilly autumn nights (30-40°F) and my legs have not felt cold at all. I love the look, too. I'm used to cotton knit tights being patterned but I feel these plain stockinette ones go with a wider variety of outfits, and the heathering looks great. As far as fit and comfort, I am 5'4" and around 125 with a curvy build, and buy Petite in pants whenever possible, and these fit very comfortably, with room to spare. I don't feel any digging into my midsection, and they're not so tight around the legs that they're a pain getting on, nor do they roll down my midsection to my hips over time like my nylon tights do, which I really appreciate. They are a smidge darker than the photo, as other reviewers have said, but if you go more by the color name and imagine them being a teensy bit darker than the photo, I think they'll arrive the color you're expecting. That was the case for me. And now I'm off to buy more colors!

This is perfect for what I needed. I'm doing theater and needed tights that look like panty hose, thick enough not to tear while I crawl around, and can cover my scars. I have not performed in them yet but I am optimistic with the feel and quality!

I ordered according to the size chart and found that the tights fit well EXCEPT where the leg meets the body. I regret not immediately taking these off and returning. I think I was hoping they'd relax a little after wearing, but instead I was just uncomfortable all day. If you have proportionally large hips/thighs, consider going up a size even if you are in within the size chart. Otherwise, they're nice enough sweater tights that definitely keep your legs a little warmer than regular tights but on par with thin leggings.
