Here are things that you would not perhaps know unless you owned these exact sheets for six months like we have: They are staying together well, no seams have split, no hanging threads. They are thin, so they take up very little room in the laundry hamper and in the washer and dryer when balled up. They are easily air dried on a rack or clothesline due to their thinness. If one likes the feel of freshly washed, crisp sheets, these are not going to be your favorites; even washed and dried, they are never crisp, stiff, tight, or any of those kinds of words. If one likes the feeling of soft sheets, silky, smooth, flowing, then these may be your favorites. They seem colorfast; we bought the gray color and I cannot say they are any dingier or less vibrant than the day we bought them. These microfiber-style, polyester sheets absolutely show oil stains more than cotton sheets, and it does not wash out. This may be particularly true of the darker colored sheet sets and pillowcases. If one uses body oils (e.g Neutrogena Body Oil), Vaselines, skin creams, hair gels, or eats potato chips in bed, you may not like how these sheets look after a few months. This bedding will have you believing that your spouse has ordered a bucket of KFC and ate it at a pajama party while you were at work; don't worry, your wife isn't having an affair with Col. Sanders...it's just the sheets. These sheets have not shrunk and still can be easily placed on the bed. Even the fitted Mellanni sheet with elastic corners, unlike my usual cotton shrinky-dink sheets, doesn't snap up into my kisser while I'm making the bed. Thanks, Mellanni! I’m not a sheet expert or anything, but I’m happy enough with these sheets. I bought some for $8 once, and they were very coarse-feeling. These feel much more soft and pleasant by comparison. The last sheets i bought before these, I told my then girlfriend to pick some out and keep it under $100, and she of course used the whole $100. I’d say in comparison, those felt softer and you could slide around on them, they had a smooth quality to them. These aren’t like those in that regard, but these cost $60 less, too. I’d take that these all day for that price difference. I’ve never really had a sheet affect my quality of sleep or comfort on any noticeable level. The only thing I would really knock these sheets for is they could be thicker for my taste. I think it’d be worth $10 or $15 more to me to have some thicker ones. Oh, and I bought gray, and maybe they are gray, but they have a greenish tint to my eyes, but I don’t care. Maybe the pillowcase is a bit small for some premium pillows. I have to fight mine to get it in there, but after a night or so it calms down and acts right. I don’t really know what stain resistant means, whether you can wipe a stain off if you spill wine or something, or whether stains will come out in the wash. No idea. I washed these after a week of use, they came clean and I put them back on. They also didn’t shrink in the dryer. They were just as easy to get on as the first time. I remember that being a problem I had with the expensive sheets I bought. These sheets, I believe, fit up to a 16” mattress. Mine is a 12”, and I’m very happy with how they fit it, except for the aforementioned pillowcase.

Actual Customer When I opened the package and took the sheets out they were so soft and luxurious I wondered how they would wear. I couldn’t believe how well they hold up after so many washings. They feel like silk without the slipperiness. I love the fit on my deep mattress and the elastic all the way around does make a difference. They wash up beautifully and don’t wrinkle. I never give five stars on anything but, in my opinion, these are five star sheets at an amazing price. I am going to order another pair while they are still on sale.

I have always like the sateen feel sheets. The brand I like had gotten so expensive, plus couldn't ever find them in stock, so I needed an alternate choice. I read reviews on these sheets & I was very skeptical. When they came in, first thing I noticed was they are very thin. However, when I got them on the bed, they felt so good. So soft. This is my third or forth time ordering and I am still in love with the softness of these sheets. Don't think I'll be going back to the name brand sateen feel expensive sheets any time soon.
