My 2yo initially got this book for her first birthday. She loved reading it so much, but she was rather rough with it. Despite the thick, sturdy pages, the book eventually fell apart at the seams. We bought a second copy for her. She loves the interactive counting. This book is great for learning numbers, counting, animal names and sounds, and even singing (Old MacDonald). Got this book for my friend’s baby who’s turning one. When I first opened the box, I was quite shocked to see how big it was. I didn’t read the reviews first, so that’s my fault. It’s sort of the size of a sketchbook, but just a bit smaller. The book can be heavy for some toddlers and babies; the pages are very sturdy, so it would be quite hard for a toddler to ruin it.
