I had a factory 2k and it kept dying way to fast so I bought this 5k and it last up to 1 full hour of 1/10 rc drifting. Full/half throttle, it fits perfectly in a redcat lighting epx drift. Slight harder putting on the plastic brace but after a few times it goes smooth as butter. Highly recommend upgrading to this battery!! Great battery! Doesn't die for 40-45 minutes while the truck runs at full speed @ 30Mph. Worth every penny! My kid gets tired of playing with it before the battery dies! Lol. Can’t go wrong!

This battery gives you a longer run time than the standard battery. For the price though, I’d go with a lipo battery if your esc can handle it.
