Definitely NOT 100% human hair as advertised. Terrible quality, tons of very sharp hairs that barely stick out of the mannequins head where the holes are. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The hair comes out really bad. Rough and tangles easily. When you put heat on it it seems to burn it even at a lower temperature and with heat protectant products. Do not recommend if you want to style with heat. I was going to try coloring but it would probably damage it further. Maybe good for braiding or up do’s only, if you don’t mind extreme shedding! ... show more

I’m currently a student in cosmetology school. I bought this manikin to practice for my state board hair cutting. When I first got it the smell was awful, the hair didn’t feel like human hair, and the top of the manikin head look like a wig center piece. I washed the hair really good and deep conditioned it. This made it so much better. The hair wasn’t as rough, the smell went away, and the hair strands blended more natural. There was still some shedding but not as bad. I have lightened/colored/ flat iron (400 degrees)/ and curled her perfectly fine. Recommend for practice/kids manikin. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. i haven’t had the chance to really style her hair yet or do her makeup completely but so far i like this thing a lot! Now i can practice how to do hair && makeup off of myself && onto a mannequin head, which allows me to take breaks in between makeups && hairstyles, unlike doing the stuff on myself.
