The media could not be loaded. I love it that a best friend of mine that does neon loose pigments recommended me this product and compared to the other product I was looking at I was shocked when I seen how big the bottle was and the price of this is cheaper than that and she makes amazing I mean amazing neon looks and I am just now trying it out so but for my review it is absolutely gorgeous because I know who uses it and then she makes it look good so if you know how to use loose pigment and mixing liquid this would be the mixing liquid for you

Not Giving it 5 stars because it is not safe for sensitive skin, yesterday the product did burn my eyelid before it dried. But It made my eyeshadows very pigmented, I did Wake up the next day still with some burning sensation in one eyelid, but since it was one eyelid and not the other I cant 100% be sure this was a reaction to the product. Also i used it again today and did not feel any burning so, I'll be testing it further

I like it. It's fairly easy to use, really had to learn how to use it though. I made the mistake of pouring too much the first time and did not have enough eyeshadow powder to mix it with. Sometimes when I have too much powder v.s liquid, it would dry up showing heavy pigment spots so I'm still learning what's a good ration. I've now ordered some droplet bottles so hopefully that helps control the amount of liquid I use each time. I use this for eyeliner and the first time I tried it was for a double-shift on Valentine's day. I have very VERY oily hooded eyelids and with any other makeup it would've been gone within three hours. My eyelids did manage to break through and smudged my makeup a bit but it honestly did hold up so well. I was impressed. I included some pictures of how to went that day. First one is at the start of the day, middle pictures are after work, and the last one was after I showered because I wanted to see how it would hold up in water. For the price I would reccommend it but this is my experience.

Please, please, please know that this is alcohol based. Nowhere in the listing does it say that. It has pictures of eye makeup and says it can be used on the eye. It cannot. It is exactly like putting rubbing alcohol on your eye. But many of these reviews mention eye makeup. So maybe I got a bastardized product? I don’t know. You can see my video to see the ingredients (which aren’t in the listing anywhere). I looked up SD Alcohol 40-B and what I found is frankly shocking. It is considerably more toxic and poisonous to humans than rubbing alcohol AND it dehydrates what it is applied to more quickly than rubbing alcohol. Soooo DEFINITELY don’t use it around the eye!! If you want to read what I just did, you can look up a post on chemicals dot co dot uk on the difference between isopropyl alcohol and denatured alcohol. Just type that out and search. At any rate, I did get a refund on this for not being as described. The product itself is non-returnable so read the listing carefully!! I would say, based on my experience and other reviews: if you’re doing stage makeup or costume makeup this probably is going to work well for you, but mostly because you already know what it is and how to use it. For the average consumer like me who is just looking for a fixative for everyday makeup …. this isn’t it.

You will not regret buying this! I also suggest buying the Mehron barrier spray for your "setting spray.". This mixer plus 2 layers of the barrier spray and your makeup will last all night!!
