Description

Unlike traditional odor removers that simply fall down onto floor mats and seats, Meguiar's Air Refresher penetrates the complete interior of your car, truck or SUV eliminating unwanted odors. The odor eliminating mist moves through the ventilation system of your vehicle, across the headliner and in- between all other hard to reach areas, eliminating odors and leaving a fresh scent in its place. How-to use: Vehicle should be unoccupied with no person, pets or plants inside. For best results remove any sources of unwanted odor. Vacuum and clean any soiled carpet/upholstery. Park your vehicle in the shade and in a well ventilated area. Do not use more than one can, per vehicle, at a time. 1. Start the vehicle with the fat set on high (circulated cold air) and close all windows. 2. With the Air Re-Fresher nozzle facing away from you, activate its trigger. 3. Place it in the center of the car (typically the floor between the front and back seats). 4. Close all the doors for 15 mins. 5. Open all the doors after 15 mins, turn off vehicle let air out for 5-10 mins.

HOLY SMOKES! Or shall I say, ”Holy no more smokes!” I’m an ex-smoker, who absolutely HATED the way my car smelled after quitting. My nice new car smell like an ashtray. It also smelled like milk that my son had spilled, and he had gotten car sick a few times. I recently had to be the driver to a family event, and didn’t want my Dad being grossed out. I didn’t have time to get my car detailed, so I ordered this and hope for the best. It’s AMAZING! I detailed my car myself first. Removed everything out of it, vacuumed it, and wiped down the interior. I followed the directions and let it sit in the car with the windows shut and AC blowing for 15 minutes. I think the can must have run out before the time was up, because it wasn’t spraying when I opened the door (not sure how long it actually “fogged” for). I let the car air out, and was super impressed at how good it smelled. It has a classic Meguiar’s new car scent. I was afraid it would be too heavy or perfumey…. the last thing I wanted to do was give people a headache. It has a very crisp, clean scent. It’s seriously smells like fresh air!! It’s been 3 week and I still smell it coming through my air vents! Absolutely no smoky smell anymore, and every other odor has been eliminated. This is a really pleasant interior refresher, but I would not describe it as a “new car” scent. Instead, it has a clean, subtle cedar-like smell that feels fresh and refined. Definitely not a flowery or bathroom-style spray, which I really appreciate. The scent is noticeable without being overpowering, and it left the car smelling clean and well-kept. This is good stuff, keeps my new car smelling fresh. I know it's supposed to be used as a bomb, but I use it as a spray. Open your windows and turn on your air. Because it is strong but it is amazing It's a little pricey. I don't know much about moisture absorption. How that would work or stain removal? I thought this was just an air freshener It hasn't leaked, and I don't know anything really about the ingredients. I just wish it was a little less pricey. As it's not always available in the auto parts store, and I find that this brand works the best. So yeah buy it. ... show more

This worked okay, but it wasn’t the best odor eliminator I’ve used. The new car scent is pleasant at first, but it didn’t last very long and didn’t completely remove stronger odors. I bought a used vehicle that was almost new, except a faint mildew-y smell. I have wiped down every surface multiple times and tried air fresheners, deodorizers, essential oils, hypochlorus acid, etc, and some helped but very faintly. And the heavy scents of the air fresheners were giving me such a headache every time I got in the car. I really just wanted the car to not have a smell - like an actual new car.
