It was awkward at first to get it to work because you have to unplug it when it's charged before it will turn on. There were no printed instructions in the package, only a vague paper. The massager is a bit top heavy so it's clunky until you get used to it. I am happy I bought it!

I would take a photo, but the massager is as pictured. I would take a video, but it would sound o%s@e÷e. The massager is heavy duty so if you are on your tummy, trying desperately, ( and in pain) to reach my lower back, the weight of it, alone was sufficient pressure to give me a massage the was going to break through the tension of my muscles. Feeling like I could move without much pain, I slowly flipped over onto the massager and used a little of my body weight against the massager and my bed, it didn't even get hot. I did 5 mins each side, with this little 4 bump-thing. I love it. It was a trooper. I'm hardly a small woman at 5'10', 160. So, this massager took a little abuse. I recommend it, even over the gun-style. The shape of this massager makes it ideal when all you can do is lay on it. To be honest, I'm going to jump back on it after I submit my review. Thank you. The pain has not been as bad but I haven't tried to move yet. I am talking about my lower back. I haven't tried it on any other part of my back, yet. I imagine this massager being most ideal if you rely on yourself for the massage.

I didn't pay attention that it's not a plug in but charging is needed. But it's fine, helped my back a little. Best it can. I think I need something that kneads as well. But this is great for the price

Communicated with manufacturer regarding the purchase that lasted only after a handful of use. They acknowledged upon submittal of the video which they opted even though I would like to send it back which they declined. Upon viewing the video, they determined it's based on the internal motor issue. Then they went back to the issue that I did not submit the warranty card (btw the equipment stopped working just after the window of return closes on the 30th day) and they wanted me to look into if the noise is coming from the attachment or the motor. Why do I have to do this for them? I reached out to them and requested that they email me the chat transcript which they mention that they will consider it's still under warranty, but they did not send the chat transcript. I get it that they have their process. I would appreciate if they did their own quality control before selling this product. Wasted money and time on my part. Since they declined for me to send this back to them, I just threw away this junk.

This product is a bit awkward to handle. The base is heavy. If you’re trying to reach your mid back or lower shoulder blade, it becomes uncomfortable to hold. Thou, it does work, I believe there are better products on the market.

It does the job of relieving tight muscles. It is a bit on the heavy side. For me, I hold the unit near the charging port. This way the weight can be used to apply pressure to the muscle.
