It was definitely creased when I opened it. I followed the directions and ironed it. It was very easy and the results are great. It is a wonderful round, lidded basket. Perfect for holding great grand babies toys. Very pleased.

Great storage basket for the price. I did not know that it comes folded with zip ties in a plastic bag. Very disappointing. I was going to return it, then saw it needs to be IRONED to get the round shape. I decided to try it. A lot of work, but after 30 minutes of steaming and ironing, the round basket is taking shape. For the price I will keep it. I do wish it was a little sturdier. For blanket storage it should be fine. If you don't mind the work of reshaping the basket, it's worth the purchase. ... show more

This thing is huge and just what I needed — however it does not hold its shape at all like it does in the photos. It doesn’t sit like a cylinder despite how many toys I stuffed into the basket. But it got the job done.

This basket comes packed so tightly that it's almost impossible to get it shaped like the picture. I couldn't, as hard as I tried, get the lid shaped to fit. If it looked like the picture shown I would have loved it.
