I took a chance after reading the reviews and seeing some of the review photos. I hit the jackpot and got a scoop that looks great with no damage. When I peeled the covering off of the double sided tape and tried to apply it to my hood, it wouldn't stick. I wound up taking it to a body shop and had them put it on just to make sure that I didn't mess anything up. As you can see from the photos, the scoop looks really nice on my car which is a 2011 chrysler 200. I was worried it wasn't big enough for my car and might get lost on my hood but as you can see, I'm happy to say, I was totally wrong. 👌

The design was very good, but the glue holding it in place was poorly, I had to put gorrilla double tape to make it work.

Hood scoop looked sharp and I was excited but the scoop don’t lay flat on any surface! Not the car hood, not my kitchen counter, or even a table! Very disappointing! You also get ripped off on your money when you return it!!!! I hate getting ripped off!!!!

Made my car run so much cleaner, no more sputters or pinging. Added at least 50hp and everywhere i go panties are dropping for my race Hyundai. Sorry ladies, this bad boy is taken Update: 3/14/19, scoop is still secure AF. Had to hire a full time security guard to keep my fans off my property. TMZ won’t stop calling me so i blocked their number. I love the hood scoop but it is getting me too much unwanted attention. Dale Earnhardt jr. even keeps bugging me asking if he can go for a ride in my whip. I self tapped on some sweet front splitters, hot glued on some side vents and rattle canned my rims gold and now I can’t even sleep at night. I would have given this Hood School a five-star review because the carbon fiber look is awesome and it sticks on really good but the metal wire film inside is ripped all along the bottom of the hood scoop so I had to clue it back in with a special epoxy glue

Very easy to mount and once on it won't come off easily, very good mounting tape on it, make sure it's where you want it before mounting it, the black paint on it was high gloss black and flawless, thank you for a great product.

Purchased this to put on the hood of my car, but ended up putting it on my sons car instead as it didn’t exactly look good on mine. Very good quality and adhesive is excellent, looks good and will last longer than the car itself will.
