I was originally excited to receive this item as I had planned to use it as a compact travel board, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment while I was riding. I had charged the board for well over 12 hours while I slept overnight. I woke up, went for a ride, and the board died in less than half a mile! I couldn't have been riding for more than 5 minutes when it died, and I wasn't even on the highest setting! This is pretty good board and the ride is nice, but there is a learning curve with the power of the dual hub assembly. The 7 layered maple deck is seriously solid and can hold the rider's weight without any problem, and does not flex at all. Some people like a flexible deck, while others don't. The nonslip deck is very abrasive, which is great when riding it but not great when carrying it because it is very sharp like jagged rocks on a cliff and it will scratch you if it rubs against your leg! When riding the board you can feel a lot of the concrete, the cracks and definitely feel the gravel and rocks! This board has 75 mm wheels, but I would have liked a bigger size wheel of at least 90 mm. Now that would have been just the ticket. Bigger wheels absorb a lot more of the road. Since this is an electric skateboard, I'm not able to switch out the wheels. A lighter rider would enjoy this board more than a heavier rider because of the smaller wheels. The bushings are mushy even if you tighten them down, and will need to be replaced with something better, but that's a $5 fix so no biggie. There are 4 speed adjustments that control how aggressive this board is, and how fast it goes. In Mode 4 with the two 160 watt hub motors pulling, it can jerk if you accelerate aggressively. This board has a LOT of power, and to an inexperienced rider they could easily find themselves on the concrete if they are in mode 4. Other boards that I have had in the past did not have this issue. Overtime, you will learn to slowly accelerate, or you will be lying on the concrete! The battery at 2,000 mAH gives you a 7 mile range which is more than enough to have a lot of fun, and the 19 mph depends on the weight of the rider, but either way, for this board's class it is very fast. The Hawaiian print on the bottom of the board is very cool and crisp! I love that the charging inlet is reinforced, it's the nicest one that I have seen on a board/scooter. The trucks are shredders and they look tough! Coming home last night I went up my fairly steep driveway and the board went all the way up the incline and only slowed down a little! It really surprised me because I didn't expect it to make it all the way up. This is a good solid board, but it could have been a fantastic board with bigger wheels, better bushings, and maybe just an inch or two longer on the deck. I was very disappointed that this board did not come with a backpack bag designed especially for this board. The fit and finish is better than most, but not the best. We have to realize that this is not a $2,000 board but a budget board that runs around $300-$400. All the things that I suggested cost money, and if they were to change all of those features out on this board, then this would be a $700 board. I can highly recommend this board, but realize that you will feel the road beneath you, and there's a high probability that you could get thrown off it until you get used to it. The description needs a little tweaking, on one of the pictures it says that the max load is 110 pounds, but else where it states 220 pounds. One of my family members rode this and I can attest that this board will hold 240 pounds without any problems. So if you're a heavier rider, don't pass this board up because you think it can only hold 110 pounds, this board can hold you! ... show more

It's not a bad e-board. But battery life is kinda short. controls are a bit snappy, but that's expected with most electric devices. The deck is a bit small even for a 5'6" dude like me.
