These were a great upgrade for my board! I live in an area with some rougher roads, so these wheels were perfect. I only lose a little bit of ride time with the bigger tires, but I have no regrets about putting these on. Great purchase.

I replaced my V3 motor, which lasted 350 miles, for this one, because it was compatible. Everything is good , except for when you want to stop. The brakes, well they suck. The V3 motor had great braking force, which I was more confident riding. Ride with safety gear. These are not toys.

I purchased a meepo mini 5 from Amazon last July 2023 and rode it every other day for 3 weeks in my neighborhood until I got comfortable. Then one of the drive wheel rubber covers separate from the hub while riding slowly in my neighborhood. I believe I was very lucky to have not been injured due to the equipment failure. A immediate call to the company was great and they resolved the issue. It took 2 weeks for parts to arrive. That being said, I always wanted to purchase the softer wheels and thought they were just a bit overpriced. After finding this deal on Amazon I figured that if they were compatible with the mini 5 it would be a exactly what I needed. I received the kit in three days. The wheels did fit but I did enlarge the holes one drill size bigger to achieve proper alignment, this was very easy to accomplish. I have kept the original hub motors on the board, which are rated at 500 watts (new motors are 540 watt). After 2 weeks of riding I'm happy with the purchase, however I have lost about a third of the range on the board now. I'm right at 200# pounds and only ride on level 3 for brief periods. So in conclusion just be aware that they do indeed work on the mini 5 but they will reduce your overall travel distance. Does anybody know if the new motors (540 watt) are compatible with the mini 5 battery and control unit?

Alright MEEPO riders, I’ll be honest with this review. Yes, it’s more expensive than buying from their actual site. That’s ONLY if you’re willing to pay a bit more extra for fast shipping. It’s worth it if you need ASAP. Buying from their website, can take days, weeks or months. ONLY buy on Amazon if you desperately need it now. It’s a good set of wheels, I saw no major difference between CloudWheels and MEEPO wheels. Personally, I’d recommend Clouds for more, “rough” like terrain, but MEEPO is still good all round.

I am a MEEPO fan boy. My first ESK8 and was sad they were no options for better tires. These new motors and tires leave me wanting. They are great but at a serious cost. Makes it not worth it in the long run. You pretty much get the same performance as their 100mm polyurethane tires and hubs. They are just as hard and you feel EVERY BUMP AND CRACK. Cloud Wheels do a much better job at dampering the road and vibrations. These tires are bigger and create problems with the current configuration of this board. You lose over 50% of the motors torque. You lose about 40% of your total distance. Average is 12 to 15 miles with these tires. Speed is also affected. I get get only 26 to 27 mph on speed 4. You are better off with sticking with the 100mm setup.. I left this same review on MEEPO's website and they took it down. Shows they are not being very truthful by not allowing negative reviews. For this reason I will not be buying any more MEEPO products.

I just put this set up on my mini 5 er and they work great. The only thing that sucks is the loss of battery cause now I get about half the mileage per charge and the wheels bite the board when I carve a little too hard. But the ride is so smooth and the traction I have now is great.

I bought these for my Mini 2 ER with pretty high expectations. They definitely have made the ride much more smooth and enjoyable. Pebbles in the road and rough patches are much less of an issue. Very easy to install as well.
