After reading various reviews of different trays, I wasn't sure what to buy as some complained that their trays didn't fit their walkers. I have the Medline Junior Lightweight walker. The walker pictured with the tray didn't look like mine but having been told that I needed a tray, I ordered it. Yes, my walker is NOT the one pictured with the tray but it is a perfect fit. The weight of the tray rests on the hinges that allow the walker to be folded. The indents for cups or glasses worked out well too. The larger one on the right is perfect for my Yeti stackable 10 oz. insulated mug. Not big enought for the 14 ounce but just righr for what I need. I was very pleased that I got it right on the first try. It is a useful tray and I am happy with ny decision to purchase it. ... show more

  • great item!
Got for my mother-in-law for her walker. It was recommended to her by a nurse. Easy to just snap on; very sturdy. She can take a box of tissues and a drink on this tray, along with other items. Great!!! There are others cheaper; but you want to go with the one a professional recommends for a reason! Others might be to cheaply made, and not as sturdy! Don't hesitate to buy this one!! She was very excited to get this, it helps her a great deal!! thank you!! ... show more

  • Unstable, therefore unusable. Buyer beware!
I searched for a tray of the same brand as the basic, but solid foldable walker ordered for me by physical therapists at the end of in-patient rehab following surgery for a fractured hip. Multiple O.T's and P.T.'s and maintenance men attempted to attach this foldable plastic tray so that it would stay level and in place when used for transporting food and drink on normal inside floors. The screw on the left side of the tray does not stay in place in its very simple keyhole-type slot. It doesn't even take a tiny bump for the tray to tilt, more on the left side than the right, sending food and drink flying. Being physically unable to comply with Amazon's rules for having to drive to specific locations, my only options were to lose most or all of the cost of the tray. In the past, Amazon arranged with the Senior Living Center in which I reside for Fed Ex to pick up appropriately labeled and packaged returns from our concierge at no fee, even if they had to send a new box or envelope. Seniors who require assisted living, many with fixed incomes, are not the only folks who lose money because of inability to meet Amazon's current demands, lacking the mobility and access to transportation it would take to return useless or unwanted objects, but it would be an easy subset of the population in which to begin investigation of the harmful impact of such return policies. I can try to call the company that made this mess to see if they will exchange it for a tray that actually works at no extra cost, or I can live without a tray and continue to pay extra -up to $30/day - for meals to be brought to my apartment until I am ambulatory. Because I was misguided by positive customer reviews, I want consumers in my situation to be aware that something appears to be amiss with quality control at the production site. Value for money for me has been markedly negative and truly harmful. ... show more

  • Tray not level
Trat it self was fine with two cup holders and a rim around the edge. To make the tray level I drilled out the pop rivets that hold the tray to the bracket that clamps to the leg of the walker. Held the tray level , drilled new holes , placed two machine bolts through new holes and bracket with lock nuts. Works great now. Would have given five stars if tray had been level. ... show more

  • Must have accessory for a walker
After a recent surgery I had to use a walker that did not come with a tray. Since I am the head of all the domestic chores in the house, and to keep me from wasting movements carrying one thing at a time, I needed a tray. Since this tray billed itself as fitting a Guardian walker I went with it. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. The tray clips to the front of the walker and the tray slides to be put out of the way, or slides back, to use. The clips stayed on the front of the walker very well despite what was being carried on the tray. The tray is sturdy plastic and could handle a dinner plate, silver ware, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies etc. Now there is a limit to the amount of weight which can be put on the thing but for carting this or that around, it is perfect and easy to clean. I especially liked that the clips were easy to get off when I had to take the walker outside of the house as it does make the walker heavier than you might think because the tray is so sturdy. I also found that when the tray was in the "not used" position, I could use the edge of the tray to cart my roller mop by the handle or put a few clothes on hangers on it to be put away in the closet. The 2 downsides are that the cupholders are not very deep so only small juice glasses etc. should be put on the tray especially if you are on the move. Soda cans did fine though. Additionally, the tray is not level and has a slight slope towards you. Only fill mugs 2/3rds full so you can control what spills on the tray. If you had a plate of crackers on the tray and you are moving there is a possibly the crackers would slide onto the floor so moving slower when you have food on it, is highly advisable. ... show more

  • Not stable
It doesn’t fit all walkers, and I tried it on mine and it flipped back and my coffee cup fell off. Luckily it was empty

  • Essential accessory for a walker
I was introduced to these trays in rehab. I liked it and bought 1 to have at home. I have come to love this tray. It makes it so much easier to carry items and drinks. I am so much more independent as a result. I've had no problems at all. It was worth every penny.
