As someone who always suffers during allergy season (April/May) it is amazing to see that this homeopathic (natural) medicine works! After about a week of use (taking 4-5 tablets a day, every 1-2 hours), then 3-4 tablets in week 2, and 2-3 or so in the following weeks. I noticed results after the first week — spring allergies almost went away! This is compared to suffering from constant sneezing & a running nose for a month in previous years. By relieving symptoms, this should help increase your performance at school or on the job. I noticed as the month went by, I would take fewer amounts. Now after the first month, I take 1 or 2 tablets whenever I feel onset of symptoms but it also helps that allergy season is ending now anyways. Buyer beware--The shipped product contained inactive ingredients not listed on the sales page--AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED!!! So I am out $$. BHI must have changed the formulary-- as the only inactive ingredients on my current bottle are Lactose and Magnesium stearate. The bottle I just got has Dextrose, Magnesium stearate, and Maltodextrin listed for inactive ingredients. If you are grain sensitive use caution, as the dextrose and maltodextrin sources are not given. ... show more

I have always had issues with prescription allergy and over the counter allergy meds, so when I found these at Sprouts I was thrilled. They do not make me groggy and feeling slower than normal like everything else I have taken for years and they are more natural which is important to me. I have a lot of sinus and allergy problems, but have adverse reactions to most over the counter medicines. These are natural and have no side effects. They usually last for about eight hours from the time you take them. They've really made a difference for me
