This little medical miracle hemp salve has been a godsend for what has been a nightmare! I was hit in the crown of the head by the dryer door! My precious little dog slammed the dryer door into my head as I was reaching into the dryer when she raced into laundry room. It happened in a split second with no time to stop it! This was a catastrophic accident that has left me unable to use my feet and hands, as inflammation rapidly spread throughout the thick fascial cap on my head and spine into the nerve roots, leaving me in a daze of severe pain. The more time passed, the worse I felt and the more function I lost! Fascia is the glue that holds our body together and should have space between it and the tissue but it has been solidly stuck to bones, tendons, nerves, vessels, and ligaments... Because I cannot take oral Anti inflammatory drugs due to dangerous side effects, this salve on my feet and hands became my go to! In addition, I used cupping to pull the stuck fascia on feet, legs, arms, hands until now after 19 months, I am able to grip the steering wheel of my car instead of bubble wrapping it! My hands were so exceedingly sensitive due to the tightness of the inflamed fascia that made my hands look like bones and tendons with no flesh. It was so severely stuck to these bones and tendons and is why it’s taking so long to unwind. Seeing a myofascial release therapist countless hours to manually put vibration into the stuck tissues has immensely helped though therapy will continue until I’m back to normal; however, the bottom line is that hemp salve has taken the edge off the pain and allowed my therapist to compress my feet to release more restrictions there, in my legs, and hands. It is clearly working to push my recovery along faster! Every night I coat both feet in hemp salve fur a pain free night of sleep and of course, applying with my hands gives them the added benefit as well. Using the cream allows for a better vacuum when cupping for greater releases. Anyone with body wide myofascial pain syndrome and fibromyalgia may know the medical world has poor understanding of these very complicated diseases, the fm being caused by the tight fascia of MPS. If this helps anyone else who cannot take nasty anti inflammatory drugs that can cause ulcers, damage kidneys or cause dangerous pancreatitis, please know you have a great option in this hemp salve that really works!!! I am now able to walk around the house without foot pain which I’d first thought was plantar fasciitis but was something much more sinister. I was almost bed ridden IF the mercies of God had not led me to this salve and wonderful myofascial release therapists, who are working hard to get me back to function. They are impressed with the progress I’ve made! Astonishingly, I was being entombed by my own fascia! Fascial tightness has been measured at a tensile strength of 2,000 pounds per share inch!!! No wonder I was in so much pain! My hope is to turn a door knob again without ADA helps, chop onions since I love to cook, and walk our dogs with my husband again! The jar is small but half a pea sized scoop of this stuff goes a long way. It melts into your skin and doesn't leave an oily feeling after it dries. Starts working in about 10 minutes. It has a woodsy/lavender-ish type scent that fades a little after it dries. Very impressed with this product

Shipped fast. Received two days prior to scheduled delivery date. This stuff works great. Absorbs into joints very well. I can tell if I do not use it. My third jar so far. Smells great as well.

I had high hopes for this salve, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. About a week before memorial day I injured myself and was desperate for pain relief. I later was diagnosed with a muscle strain/slight tear in my periformis muscles in both legs. This made it super difficult for me to sit and even laying down on my back was painful. I tried rubbing this in between my glute and hamstring (where the periformis is located) and I felt little to no relief. I think perhaps my injury wasn't the right kind to respond to this salve. It also stays pretty sticky on the skin for about an hour. The pros: it definitely has a "weed" or "pot" smell in the jar, but when you rub it on it turns into a herby-lavendar smell that is quite pleasant. It is easy to get out with the little spatula. The jar is a solid glass jar. I think for more minor injuries (and perhaps sciatica, based on other reviews) this might work. Or maybe I needed a higher strength.

Love this stuff! I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. A nightly massage with this little miracle salve keeps my feet pain free. One tip, sometimes it will arrive grainy. I emailed the manufacturer. Their instructions returned the salve to it's smooth texture. See email below from the manufacturer. This was super helpful and keeps me coming back. Email from manufacturer: This is a naturally occurring reaction in shea butter when it is subject to temperature fluctuations usually caused during shipping. This reaction is commonly known as crystallization. Crystallization occurs when shea butter melts, either intentionally or accidentally during warm conditions, and then cools back down too slowly. As it re-cools, some butters, most particularly shea butter, can crystallize or become grainy. Fortunately, this does not impact the quality or usability or effectiveness of shea butter. The salve should melt in smoothly once applied to your skin. This is not an instance of a bad batch and this reaction occurs because our salve is 100% natural and does not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. However, if you would like to fix the grainy texture, you can melt the salve in a microwave without the lid or the protective seal intact. The salve should completely melt between 1 and 1 and a half minute depending on the strength of the microwave. Do not over heat the salve and turn off the microwave as soon as it is melted. Once melted, place the salve directly into your freezer for about 30 minutes. Once removed from the freezer, let the salve come back to room temperature and store it in a cool and dry place.

I found my replacement for the salve I used to apply, and this one is better. It works on the pain in seconds rather than minutes. The scent is better, too. Anywhere that my husband and I have trouble with pain, we apply and ta-da, the pain is now tolerable or gone completely. I HIGHLY recommend this hemp salve to those who have joint/muscle pain. It works, there is no hype! As long as the sellers supply this, I will purchase it from them.
