I order two medical tags. This one was cheaper and better quality than the other one which was just paper. I changed out the plastic tie holder with a metal one to ensure it would not fall off.

I was looking for a sturdy plastic tag and not just a printout tucked into a plastic sleeve. First thing that stood out to me is this thing is thick! It appears to be two thick plastic layers. After painstakingly removing the protective sleeve, I did notice that there was a small crack at the punched hole. As you can see from the picture, it's pretty small and only on the one layer shown.
