Moved into a new condo with my husband. Since we are newlyweds, we wanted to have a new, fresh look with new furniture the belongs to us (versus our stuff that we had separately). He’s been wanting a fireplace for a very long time, so we pulled the trigger on this beautiful piece. Easy to assemble (the directions could be a little better - hint: see how IKEA does it), and the shipment arrived with super protective packaging (both inside and outside the boxes). I dig the functionality to hide my cables and wires in the open back area where the LED fireplace sits. The LED string lights seem to be an afterthought in the design. From the look, it appears amazing. From an installation standpoint, attaching them was an improvisation. That said, we’re still super happy with it. If you’re in shopping/buying mode for something like this, I recommend giving this beautiful piece serious consideration. ... show more

I would have loved to give this 5 stars but I can't. The quality is there and it would be perfect, except for the fact that it was missing the fire place insert. So I messaged them and asked if they could send me one as soon as I realized it wasnt in there. Hopefully I hear back soon and everything is cleared up. Updated: turns out that the fire place was shipped separately and arrived. It would have been nice to know but I did get this in 3 packages. It's pretty sweet and works rather nicely for what I want. The only complaint I have is that the cabinets are too shallow to hold my amp with stuff plugged into it. You could not install the backing plate if you think that's going to be an issue. I personally just removed the door and it looks good even with a door off. ... show more

I was so excited to get this item but when I got it, a box was missing. After contacting support I recieved the box within a day. I was happy about that. The product is really nice once complete. The assembly takes a while for someone like me who doesnt put things together often. There was also holes missing from one of the pieces that is used to sit the stand on the floor. I was not happy about that at all. The instructions did not completely explain how to put the LEDs on the stand. Also, there were instructions missing for two of the LEDs. The media could not be loaded. Looks great , I made a few modification to my stand to accommodate my needs . Thanks to reading other views i learned that the fire place is shipped separately , otherwise I would have freaked out. I may have missed that info when reading about this stand. Very easy to assemble pictures only , If you have ever put legos to before you can do this . The top counter is a little heavy so thats the only time you should need help. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It is the perfect dive for our 65” TV. The fireplace is just gorgeous. I live how the fake coals look so good in the lights. Almost like shining diamonds.     • Seller has no idea what parts are needed to assemble product
When I purchased this product I was ok with all the specs that are described here on Amazon. However, when I purchased the product only the longest boards and fireplace unit arrived. I figured "no problem" I'll just contact the seller and get this all sorted out. That is where I was completely wrong. I described my situation to the seller with digital receipts, photos of shipping labels with included parts and proof of order emails. The seller did not send the missing pieces I required, even after SEEING that I had missing pieces. Apparently they couldn't identify the missing parts from the descriptive shipping label and order forms. I FIGURED that this issue was just an incorrect labeling and decided to directly quote the pieces I was missing from their very sketchy instruction "manual" that only had pictures with unordered steps. This set includes a fireplace mind you, so incorrect set-up could lead to disaster in your home. Once the parts were verified and I confirmed my interest in them I thought that would take care of the issue. But it has been over 4 months and still no parts. I requested a refund since I didn't recieve the whole product I paid for and was denied since I couldn't send the entire product back. I cant send back what was never shipped to me, as much as I'd love to. Do NOT recommended. There are much more affordable options elsewhere that are actually interested in selling you their product. ... show more

If you ever put together IKEA furniture this will be a breeze for you! The cabinet is beautiful and the fire place is very pretty and sets to a temp that is comfortable but doesn’t get too hot for a TV above it.
