2012 Rav4- Replaced all push clips for top and bottom trim panels and bumper, while replacing both headlights. Perfect fit!! Yeah, the bumper easily comes off by removing the push clips and a few replaceable screws, to get to the headlights. You can do this:-)

i have a 18 jeep grand cherokee wanted to remove and paint my rear splash guards without removing the wheels . these clips fit the 1/4 hole and they are wide enough to secure the splash guards. way better than the blind rivets and you dont need any special tools.
