I'm so glad I ordered this. I really liked the toilet roll holder I had before, but after repairing it multiple times it finally gave up the ghost and died, so I had to order a new one. I instantly liked the look of this one and ordered it on a whim, and as it turns out it was a great decision. It's really nice looking, well made and chunky. It feels really solid too. When it first arrived it was wobbly, and I subsequently discovered that one of the metal feet had been slightly bent in transit, so I took a wrench and straightened it, with some effort because it's really solid and strong, and now it stands flush and doesn't wobble anymore. I love it! It's so convenient to have the extra rolls right in it so I don't have to go searching for a new roll. It's a really great design. I recommend it.

Didn't want to drill into a brand-new vanity cabinet or newly painted walls to mount a toilet paper holder. This toilet paper holder is attractive and stable and accommodates larger rolls of toilet paper.

What's not to like. Good finish. Holds the huge rolls of Charmin, and no more waddling to the hall closet in a pinch. Wish it was heavier in the bottom. Need a lead plate or something in the bottom.

Sometimes a product comes along that just fulfills a need you never knew you had. Here, we'd been storing our poop paper on the damp, dirty floor for generations. Now we've got a genuine gold-looking TP stand to go in our outhouse. Small space but it fits nice like a polecat cuddling up in your britches. Sturdy as all get out too! Sometimes your legs fall asleep from sitting so long, but I beat you this thing is sturdy enough to plump near use as a cane! Wouldn't that be a sight! Also: feller told me to say "softness" but I don't know right how I might use that describing a metal poop paper basket, other than it keeps the water out of the TP so's it don't get all froze up on the winter nights. Softer than the old Sears catalog, I'll tell you that! Anyways, you reading a review ya don't got to. Picture shows it off pretty good. You put some'er ya poop paper downs to the bottom basket. Put some more up in the top so's you don't got to bend none down where a snake might bite ya. Works good enough for what it is. Nice ya gotta holler none to get a spare roll out the house. We living fancy now.

Would be 5 stars but the "feet" are delicate. I've had this item for over a year and one of the feet detached from where it was welded, so now it wobbles. I haven't found a fix for it that holds (and I'm no metalworker). Otherwise it worked well and I like that it holds larger rolls. Shopping for a new one with sturdier feet.

I just had my bathroom redone. I had bought another toilet paper dispenser from Amazon that also would have been nice, but I hated the thought of drilling holes in my new vanity to mount it. Besides, the positioning for dispensing it wouldn't have been ideal since I would have had to reach back a little. One of the reasons I decided to get this was that I thought I might have to have surgery on my right hand due to arthritis, and would have needed to have the toilet paper on my left. This works out perfectly. I can place it wherever I want for comfort and convenience. I don't have to worry about running out because there's always a supply handy. Easy to load - just slide the roll on - no fiddling with the spring loaded roller style. The satin nickel goes with other hardware in the bathroom. It's pretty sturdy. It's more likely to tip a little when there's just one extra roll. And I can move it out of the way when I need to.
