We love these. Bought them for my husband’s office and they are great! We did have to mount them on 2X4s that we painted black and then mounted to the studs on the wall, that was the only extra step we had to take to secure them to the wall. The instructions aren’t very explanatory but it doesn’t need a WHOLE lot of explaining. We did make sure the bars were all screwed together before we mounted the bars. We found that was the easiest way to secure them well on the metal pieces before trying to mount it. They are good and wide and will hold books, large items and heavy items, as long as they are secured in the studs or mounted on some sort of solid wood backing. They are perfect for an industrial farmhouse look and the fact that they have 3 brackets holding them (the pipes) it’s very sturdy! We LOVE these and would purchase them again and would recommend if this is the style that you’re aiming for! Good product- great price! Def worth it. ... show more

I really love how it looks, my only complaint is that the screws are practically useless, I had to buy bigger ones. I think they should send better ones! For the rest I am very happy with my purchase and it is also cheaper than in other stores !!

I am really pleased with this shelving kit. It was really simple to put together, and I love the way it looks. Pretty dang sturdy. I would not use the wall anchors that they provide. I used larger more sturdy drywall anchors for my own peace of mind.

Looks great easy to assemble but be aware that although both ends looks the same, they are not. You can tell from the photo so make sure both sides match before making holes in your wall.
