Color: Chocolate
I have three kids aged three and under and a cream couch. The couch came before the kids, but over the years, well, the cream couch is now cream with spots of 'flavor.' Needless to say, I needed something to cover my couch. I have tried traditional slip covers before, but let me tell you, they look bulky and wrong from the get-go. These ones take a minute before you realize that it's actually a slipcover. These slip covers are easy to put on. From start to finish it took me less than 5 minutes and it looks practically seamless and professional. Not to mention it's ridiculously soft. The fact that it's a two piece is the kicker. With traditional slip covers, you sit and then it's almost as if you're wrapped in a blanket. I keep looking to my sides to see the slip cover trying to envelop me, but it doesn't! It's simply amazing. Which brings me to my next point - it also stays put. With the two older kids fidgeting on the couch nonstop and random pillow fights, I expected to have to readjust the cover, but it's been on solid since I placed it with no bunching or crumpling up. It takes a lot to impress me, especially with that price, but I'm impressed. For the record, I bought brown. When I first got it, I washed it in cold water with some scented soap and it still smells great. BUT - the brown color runs, so DON'T WASH IT WITH ANYTHING BUT THE SLIP COVER. Be warned. A random sock was still in the washer when I ran it through and now my once white sock now looks like it has been through the mud. A lot. Bottom line, I highly recommend this product. 100%.

For a non-fitted slipcover, this thing is amazing. It stays well and looks good. I adjust it much less than I have others in the past, and it doesn't attract as much lint as I expected (I do roll it occasionally with a good lint roller.) The tear off tags others mentioned really scared me, but they came out, no problem at all. The few little things left were easy to pull out, took me less than two minutes to do both sides. In the last 5 years, I have had slipcovers from major brands they sell in big box stores and yuppie catalogs and this cost less and covers better. The only con I can think of is that it is a little on the thin side. That's also a plus, it fits in a standard washer, no problem. But it makes me a little concerned that it might tear or wear out. Even if it lasts us 18 months, I will still be completely satisfied with it.

Size: 2-Piece Sofa
Color: Chocolate
I ordered two slipcovers, both the same, one couch sized and one loveseat sized. Both are the chocolate color. I have had these couches for almost 10 years. We bought them while stationed in Japan, we now live in Texas, so these couches have been all over the globe! They were originally blue in color, and have stood up except for the fabric. 3 kids, 2 dogs a cat and a ferret can be very hard on a couch. The color no longer matched the living decor. Buying new couches were too expensive right now so we decided to order these slipcover. I paid about !20 for both, around $60-62 each cover. It is very very soft, I am a bit worried about it fuzzing up over time, but we will see. Extremely stretchy, I have a very large sofa, it has huge arms and I was worried this might not fit, but it worked like a champ! It fits very snugly around the arms and back. It very easy to install, one person can do it by themselves. The cushions are not as easy as the video shows. I had two very large bottom cushions and it can get a little tricky trying to put the entire bottom piece in as one piece. You do still see the crease in the middle of the cushions. You could take the excess from the cushion cover and make it look like 2 or 3 cushions instead of one long one. The hem does not hang evenly, at least not for me. In the back it tends to ride up about 2 inches off the floor because there is nothing to tuck it into to keep it in place. Now if your couch is against the wall, this won't be a problem and its really not that noticeable. The reason why I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because it has paper tags on the arms, back and seat, which you rip off. These tags are intended to show you where that piece of the cover goes for example, arm, back, center and another arm. While these are handy, the thing is, they do not come completely out, they are actually sewn into the fabric, so you're stuck with white paper stuck in the seam (please see photos posted). Now, my anal retentive self cannot put up with this,s o I took a pair of tipped tweezers and dug it out piece by pirce until you couldn't see it anymore. I'm not sure what they were thinking when they did this. The only one (there are 4 tags in all) that rips clean is the on the seat where it meets the big white square. Your cushions go over this, so you won't see it anyway! Aside from that, I'm very very pleased, my couches look so good now and match the living room perfectly. I have attached several pictures, please feel free to see them. This is a great buy if you are on a tight budget and really want to give your furniture a face lift!

Color: Dusty Olive
I got this for a loveseat in olive green. I can confirm the other reviewers saying the colors are all wrong. I got what says is an olive green, but is a light grey. I didn't want to headache of packing it back up and returning it so I just kept it. It fits really well and looks like, plus it is super soft. My dog also found it comfy, and then decided to chew a hole right in the middle of it... I had to sew it up but it is still holding together well. If the coloring was accurate I would have rated this better.

We had a sofa set that was still very comfortable and of good construction, but after going through the baby to toddler years, had its fair share of spills and stains. We were very close to making a major purchase and buying a new sofa set when I decided to research slipcovers on Amazon. I had used them in the past but was not a fan of the 'draped sheet" look. The comments of others on Amazon as well as the fact that these had a seperate cover for the seat cushions is what really peaked my interest so I went ahead and purchaed the sofa slipcover as well as the cover for the chair. Honestly, this was the one of the best purchases I have made in years! These slipcovers are true to color (choc brown), soft, stretchy and clingy. I put then on with no help in less than 20 mins and did not have to do much tucking or primping as the size was perfect for my oversized sofa and chair. The end result - my husband taught I had bought the new sofa set we had looked at in the store a few days back! These slipcovers are amazing and are machine washable, affordable and feels so soft and comfy. The hubby is already speaking about buying it in other colors so that we could occasionally switch up the look of our living room!

Size: 2-Piece Loveseat
Color: Dusty Olive
I am so impressed by this product! I ordered the slipcover for the sofa and for the loveseat. I have been searching for a cover for my couches to protect them from my cat. This hasn't stopped my cat from scratching, but she sort of scratches underneath the cover so any deterioration will be on the couch underneath, not this cover. Anyway, while this may not be a great shield from my cat's claws, it is still an amazing slipcover. I actually think I prefer the looks of my couch with the slipcover on. I ordered the Olive Green color. Caveat: I received a Light Grey color. However, I wanted a Grey color. I read previous reviewers who ordered Olive Green were receiving a Grey color instead so that is why I ordered this color. Also the company has a Charcoal color listed that was double the price, so I took my chances. The color received is not Green at all so if you are looking for Green be warned. The product comes with a cover for the entire couch excluding the seat cushions. A separate cover for the cushions is provided. The two pieces makes a world of difference in the looks of this slipcover over your couch. Plus it is easier to apply this cover as two pieces versus slipcovers which are only one piece. The cushions have a zipper which did seem very flimsy and cheap. Mine didn't break, but it was not working 100% properly either. Once the cushions are in and placed on the couch, you can't see the zipper. There are tags on the cover to help you locate the front center, etc for applying the cover. I recently removed the tags. I did not have the issue others had where parts of the tag were stuck in the seam. For the most part the tag ripped cleanly off and any extra pieces I was able to detach. Honestly I think the cover looks great. It was relatively easy to get it on both of my couches. I did receive help doing it though. There is a ton of extra fabric to both pieces, but this helps to make the couch look nicer because you can just tuck it until you get the look you want. Although the cushion piece is only one cover, you can tuck the fabric in between the cushions to make it look like they are separate. When you sit on the couch, the fabric may shift some, but it's only on the cushion portion. It takes probably 30 seconds or less to readjust the fabric and sometimes the fabric does not move at all. The two pieces really helps in this regard though since you'd only need to readjust the cushion fabric. The material of this cover is extremely soft. It actually feels nicer than the material on my actual couch. This cover is not super thick, but seems adequate. I have not noticed it receiving any rips from my cat jumping on it. The cover also fully covers your entire couch, even the back. It may take some adjusting to get it looking just right, but I think most can configure the cover to lay properly and look nice on their furniture. I have attached photos showing how the cover looked after I first applied it. I also showed a photo of the back of one couch to see how it looks. The cover doesn't look as nice on the back, but it at least covers the whole back. The front looks amazing, and I don't think most people would immediately realize the couch had a slipcover on it. I would recommend this product 100%. Other slipcovers I tried looked terrible in comparison. At the very least, if you are searching for a slipcover, I would recommend buying one with two pieces. That makes a huge difference in how the slipcover looks. Overall I am extremely satisfied. I will update this review if I notice the slipcover not holding up well over time but for now I rate this product 5 stars.

Size: 2-Piece Chair
Color: Sand
I purchased a set of these - 1 ottoman cover, 1 couch cover, and 1 chair cover for my new furniture. After fitting the ottoman cover, I was so displeased with the quality and look of this product that I returned them all back to Amazon. My ottoman cover did not fit correctly, even though my stool is the right size to fit this cover. There was a strange seam along the top middle of the stool, which looked ugly. I also discovered, whilst fitting it, that there was a small round hole near the seam of the cover. The fabric seemed very thin and was unlikely to offer the level of protection I was hoping to get from it. I was not happy to discover that there was already a hole in the cover, as I felt this was an indication of the poor quality of the fabric used. Because of this, I did not bother to try to fit the couch or chair covers, as I expected to be equally disappointed by them. I was hoping that these covers would keep my couch safe from mucky pet paws, as well as the occasional food spills and other general wear and tear that any furniture is likely to suffer. Unfortunately, I did not feel it was adequate for the purpose I intended.

I purchased both the chair and loveseat in the "Dark Olive" color. I have owned way too many slipcovers, in fact if I had all of the money I spent on slipcovers right now I could probably purchase a new Living Room Suite and have change left over.... but I don't and I expect it will be another year before I consider replacing the furniture I have.... so here we go again. I have never purchased Maytex slipcovers, because I have been skeptical about the ability to 'fit' both square and T-cushion seats. I also was concerned about the measurements stated in the product description. My furniture has both overstuffed arms (12" wide) and t-cushions. But Amazon's pricing and return policy finally convinced me to give it a try. In fact my furniture is a perfect fit for a very popular slipcover company's products and I have always purchased those covers, but the cost of a two piece cover is 2x's the cost of these covers. So I decided to give Maytex a try. The fabric seems a bit thin until it is on the furniture, but I did not notice any show through of the upholstery underneath when the slipcover is applied to the furniture. The 4 way stretch and clingyness of the fabric provides exceptional fit all around. (my chair is 48"W x 39"D x 35"T There is not a lot of spare fabric in the length so I doubt it will work for very high back furniture. There is ample room inside the cover for loose back cushions and the separate seat cushion combined with the elastic on all four corners under the arms gives it a very tailored look. Pro Price. about half the cost of the 'other' company. Fit. Fabric stretches in all directions and will definately fit most furniture close to the measurements indicated Versatile it does work on both square and t-cushions Cons Not a lot of wiggle room in the length! I am returning the covers because of the color. (it isn't a bad color, it just will not work for me). The green is very 'cool' almost silvery. I need something in a warmer color.
