I LOVE these sheets, they are 100% exactly like hotel sheets (which I’m obsessed with) but I wasn’t thinking and washed them in hot water so they did shrink. However, because of my mattress topper I always order a size up. so thankfully they still fit, just not as well as they did prior. As other reviews have mentioned, they do wrinkle pretty bad but they keep their super crisp feel PERFECTLY. Above is a photo of the pillow cases before and after washing.

We needed extra deep fitted sheet to fit and not slide off constantly. These fit our King Size Mattress plus foam topper, no problem! And they are soft AND THICK!!! Very sturdy feel. They don’t feel like they rip easily. I’ll buy these again!

I purchased both this (Mayfair) and the popular Comfy 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets also being sold on Amazon for a similar price. As I'm comparing the two products and found them nearly identical, I'm leaving a similar review to warn other consumers to avoid this product. I was surprised to see, the packaging is remarkably similar, and the fabric and even the top stitching is identical in appearance and feel. The seal of authenticity is also identical, yet it does not match the actual Egyptian Cotton Association's seal, which I looked up because I couldn't figure out how a authentic product could so obviously miss the markers of quality for which the Egyptian Cotton fibre is known. This is not 800 thread count; it's much too thin. This is not Egyptian Cotton; the hand (or feel) is much too rough. The packaging says both "100% Cotton" and "Egyptian Cotton" but it is neither. I've worked with textiles as a career, and I warn you to avoid this listing as fraudulent. You would be better of buying a 400 thread count "long fiber" cotton sheet as it more likely will be accurately listed since it doesn't seek the premium price attached to authentic Egyptian Cotton. As you can see, I looked up the seal of authenticity from the actual Egyptian Cotton association, and it differs markedly from what's found in the sheet set. I'm surprised Amazon does not more carefully check sellers for authentic products. I'm sure these are nice sheets and would suffice, however they are not what they are advertised to be. Avoid wasting your time and money. This seller is not honest and replied to my inquiry that I must be mistaken, that they could not replace the product I received that does not meet my expectations as all of their products are this quality. It seems this misrepresentation is deliberate, and I urge Amazon to delist this seller (Mayfair) and the seemingly related seller, Comfy.

Definitely follow directions and wash before using. I washed twice and still found them to be not very soft. Hopefully they will soften up with more washes. I ordered the king set. I know the box says they follow standard King sizes, but I found the length of the top sheet to be perfect, but the width seemed a bit shorter than other King sets. I only gave 3 stars- they just didn’t live up to my expectations.
