I'm a first-time mom and this is the system that I chose to go with. The car seat is great and so is the bassinet. The bassinet does seem to wobble around a lot so it's not that sturdy. However, when you convert it from a bassinet to a chair or the other options, it works really good. The car seat itself is a little difficult to clip into the stroller. You have to get it just right. But again it's still really convenient to be able to attach the stroller or the bassinet to it. Downside is to attach The car seat to the stroller you need the specific attachments. There's been times where I've taken the stroller out with me and forgot the specific attachments for the car seat at home 🫤 The stroller part is super lightweight and folds up really easily. Overall, as a first time mom this was a great purchase. Very happy with it even though there are a few little hiccups that can be frustrating, but you learn to get over it and know how to operate it ... show more

I got this travel system from my registry. I absolutely love it! Wheels are super smooth and turn easily. Only thing I don't love is that you MUST carry the car seat adapters with you at all times. I will have an infant and I won't always be using the bassinet, so you'll need to carry 2 adapters to attach the car seat to the stroller. I can imagine it'll be a hassle when I'm out by myself with an infant and a toddler. Other than that, the car seat is super plush and large, and the bassinet is also a big size with room to grow. The sun canopy is amazing! Again I just wish no adapter was needed for car seat/stroller combo. Bassinet already has the adapters installed permanently. ... show more

    • Great light weight stroller
I was looking for a lightweight stroller that would also be good for me since I’m only 4”11 Love it so much and so does my baby boy. Only thing I kinda wish was different was how to get it to unclicked off the stroller but overall very nice stroller!

    • The car seat is a little squeaky
Everything was easy to install and the stroller is a smooth ride but I noticed after a few months of using the car seat it is a rather squeaky one! The car seat just feels slightly cheap. If you’re looking for a cute set and don’t mind a squeaky car seat then I recommend this one!:)

I normally don’t write reviews but I feel this this can help out any future parents in there decision to purchase a travel system. As a first time mom there where tons of options to choose from, I was looking for something with a more modern look but nothing too expensive either. I looked in to the top brands like Cybex, Nuna, Uppababy and was astonished at the prices however it was my mistake that I didn’t look in to safety/convenience/comfort features these brands equally share. Of course when you see a travel system over $1,000 you think that is pure luxury. I read many reviews on the Maxi Cosi travel system and it seemed like I made a good choice. I decided to buy it half way through pregnancy so I had a couple months to go before actually using it and determine if I would keep it. Once baby was born, I was astonished on how deep she falls into the car seat as if it was a pit. Her small head has no support whatsoever with the infant insert which mind you only supports the “head” there is no extra cushion for the torso/buttocks area. My baby was 5.6 lbs full term and she was so uncomfortable. I kept being positive thinking once she gains some pounds and grows in length it will be better. Well I was wrong, 2 months in and she is still falling in to the same pit with her head side ways and her hands falling in. My friend had a baby 2 weeks ago weighing 8.5 lbs and even her baby sinks in as well. Also the material gets super hot even by just strolling outside with the canopy extended. If you decide to purchase this travel system buy it at the last minute so you can at least be able to return it and get your money back. I now have to keep something I’m not able to use, even after reaching out to amazon. I ended up buying another travel system (Cybex cloud G Lux and Gazelle S stroller) wow what a difference, I ended up spending more money now then if I would’ve originally bought a top brand travel system & if you don’t believe me then go to a store that sells various travel systems and just compare for yourself. As far as the stroller itself, it is easy to use as in open and close and it isn’t heavy. The wheels are also pretty good, it has stability and is able to ride smoothly in pavements/grass etc. Of course doesn’t compare to top brand strollers but it is decent. The bassinet feature is alright it’s the toddler seat stretched out made in to the bassinet so there is no cushion or comfort either plus the straps are in the way. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this travel system, I think that for the price you are paying you should get a something that is more comfortable. This travel system doesn’t cost $100 or $200 for it to be that bad. ... show more
