As i mention in the review title, I suggest this book to be the first you read on your study on real estate financing. Why? Because it is sufficiently complete, yet easy to read. Overall, it explains themost common types of credit necessary to finance a venture or development. At the same time, it is an easy read for someone not familiarized with the topic, a layperson let's say. However, once you have the basics, its important to supplement your knowledge with more specialized books depending on the kind of financig your project may require, a situation you will actually learn how to tell when you finish reading this book. ... show more
