I didn’t use this to make decals with a machine or anything, so I’m sharing a different perspective of its use! I bought this vinyl in both silver and black to use for an axe prop for cosplay purposes. I simply peeled and stuck the vinyl by hand and had absolutely no problem cutting it to shape. It has great adhesion (I used it on poster board and cardstock but I can see it working great on acrylic, foam, or any other flat surface) and doesn’t peel up once stuck. Overall it gave the great shiny effect I wanted without needing a paint job. I would recommend it for the purpose I used it for on top of the decals and such that most reviewers used it for as well. ... show more

I don't typically do a lot of vinyl decals because they are so difficult to weed or cut and this particular vinyl I had bought for a client to show her how to cut vinyl and I was so amazed on how well it worked that I bought an entire role for myself. And I'm back doing vinyl decals
