I was worried with some of the reviews that this wouldn’t be a great product. But the vinyl is great. I am a professional graphic designer with industry experience in production and vinyl. The vinyl is a tad thinner than commercial grade materials but is perfect for a cricut or just a hobby. I’m putting it on the wall and it’s been great. Weeding is easy.

I wasted 2 12X12” sheets of this vinyl because I did NOT scan the QR code like I should have done!! This Vinyl is Very well made and it is a Thicker Metallic metal Vinyl than I’ve ever seen or used before!! It must be cut on Everyday Iron on setting on Cricut explore 2!! Once I did this, it cut beautifully and I had some VERY Delicate cuts that needed to be made! I was So impressed with the durability, the Stability and Quality of this Lua Vinyl that I decided to order 2 more rolls!! Just make sure you scan the code so it will tell you what setting to cut if you have a silhouette or a Cricut. You won’t be disappointed!!

I didn’t use this to make decals with a machine or anything, so I’m sharing a different perspective of its use! I bought this vinyl in both silver and black to use for an axe prop for cosplay purposes. I simply peeled and stuck the vinyl by hand and had absolutely no problem cutting it to shape. It has great adhesion (I used it on poster board and cardstock but I can see it working great on acrylic, foam, or any other flat surface) and doesn’t peel up once stuck. Overall it gave the great shiny effect I wanted without needing a paint job. I would recommend it for the purpose I used it for on top of the decals and such that most reviewers used it for as well.

Does not weed well at all, backing actually stuck to standard mat. I tried several types of fonts that worked fine on other vinyl sheets. Had to toss and give up working with it. Do not waste your money.

EDIT: After using this for a while I lowered the rating by a star. I'd hardly call this vinyl given how flimsy it is, but it *is* cheap, so you will get your money's worth. It was also hard to apply with transfer tape. It just couldn't stick to the flat plastic container without tons of squeegeeing. The adhesion doesn't fit well with the backing because once you unroll it you'll cause a bunch of thin, long bubbles to appear that happens when you change it from curled up to flattened. They're not a big deal if you have a squeegee since it's easy to scrape them out, but if not you're in for a frustrating time. If you cut extremely intricate and small parts, the vinyl will also fall out, but I guess that's a thing for any kind of craft vinyl when you're cutting out tiny, millimeter long pieces. Other than that, it's beautiful. I wanted a white-holographic vinyl and it's exactly what I wanted, like a light silvery iridescent color.
