On days I need support but am not having as intense pain or simply want easier in and out access from it since it's just one band vs another I use, this has been my go to. The quality and adjustability are great, I really like the fit and forget I'm wearing it with how comfortable it is. I love having the option of how much support I get with these products, having sciatica pain, then pelvic girdle pain on top of that, they have been life savers.

I started using this belt a few weeks after having my baby and I really love it. It’s super comfortable and easy to adjust to whatever pressure feels best for me. It’s firm in the front and stretchy on the sides, so it gives great support without feeling tight. I can even sleep with it on! Honestly, it would also be perfect during pregnancy to help with pelvic pressure.
