I love this belt. I have one from my first pregnancy carrying twins, and a single pregnancy this time. When I switched to this one, the support changed! I hadn't realized how much I stretched out the other one! It can show through lighter and tight fitting garments, but it doesn't bother me. It can also get warm on humid days. I find it helpful to only wear when I standing for long periods, or I'm up and down chasing the 4 yr olds! It's not necessary when sitting. In fact, it pushes my belly into my diaphragm making me feel short of breath. It's support for standing, And compared to the almost $50 price at the big baby store, and similar item at the medical supply store, this is a great deal! Okay, so I have mixed feelings. It's very hard to get on comfortably. I've been fooling with it for hours and I can't get it just right. It rides up horribly if you're like me and aren't stick skinny. When you sit down its all messed up. However, if you have to stand almost constantly I could see how this would help. It does help hold everything up. It just isn't functional. Also, what in the world is up with the directions?? "Dear God, because we are not self manufacturers direct mail, postage, please understand!" ????? These directions make me uncomfortable. I kinda wish I just bought one from Walmart or something.

Like others have said the instructions are a joke, but if you look at the picture and have some common sense it takes less than a minute to strap it on. It helps me so much! I'm currently 36 weeks and the relaxin hormone has made my joints so loose they shift with most movements. I'm usually intensely limping by the end of the day because my back gets so sore. But I wore this while I was up and moving and it was great! No need to wear it while you're sitting.

Bought this to help with ligament pain that started in the 5th month of my pregnancy that makes moving around painful. I've had the product for a few days, and it has helped a little. I am not in as much pain at the end of the day as I was and am having an easier time walking. The instruction card that accompanied the belt was very poorly translated to English from another language. Much of what was on the card was nonsense in English. The print was so small that it was very difficult to read. However, it is pretty easy to figure out how to put on. After a few days of wear, the larger portion of the belt that goes across your back and velcros to the front seems to have stretched and it doesn't fit as neatly on the front piece. I have to be very careful that all of the velcro is connected to the front of the belt, otherwise I get scratched-up. Also, I've had to re-adjust the velcro when I've been seated for a few hours because it's come off of the front of the belt and started to scratch.

I have multiple issues with my lower back and in my 8th of pregnancy it really started to put a strain on me. My hips just started hurting as well and it relieves this pain also. This belt is so helpful! I Immediately feel relief and it lasts all day, I’ll even sleep in it if I’m extra sore some days. Instructions made us so easy to put on. Definitely recommend!

I’m so happy I got this. I’m in my 33nd week and my back has been killing me especially after work! I’ll use it at work sometimes and it helps with posture so much and keeping weight off of my pelvis. Definitely recommend to anyone looking! only downfall to me would be the back support bends easily so if you’re a plus size gal it gets in your creases after wearing for so long lol.

At the time of purchase I was 22 weeks pregnant with twins. I was in servere pain that I couldn't even stand up stright so I went to L&D fearing for my girls. Thankfully nothing qas wrong with them they were just separating all my muscles and ligaments. Dr recommend I get a belly support band. So while waiting to be discharged I hoped on amazon and bought this product. I received it in 2 days. Came with instructions but even if it didn't I could have figured it out. It's semi comfortable. I do have to adjust it once or twice through the day and you can see you under your clothes but it does its job. I can work with ease and semi pain free

I don't know if such a product could ever really rate 5 stars, given the circumstances. But so far I'm really glad I bought this! I'm 34 weeks along in my 3rd pregnancy, and while I never needed anything like this with the other two, this one has been a lot worse! Without this, it's hard to get much of anything done around the house, but the last few days with it have gone MUCH better! My only complaint is that the back support piece tends to bunch if I'm moving around a lot, but I don't really think there's a way around that unless you wear something completely rigid. Overall, good product, excellent price.
