I've been wanting an opportunity to try different types of coffee without major investment or expense. This subscription box came up as I was exploring other subscription boxes. Looking at the description and the price, I figured I had nothing to lose so I subscribed. First box has arrived. It was a bit of a rocky start as there seemed to be some confusion with the package tracker. I appreciate that the coffee is packaged properly in a resealable packet and the cookies were a nice surprise - bigger than I anticipated and they survived shipping during a heat wave. Coffee love can be a bit subjective. Each blend and roast won't be a favorite to everyone. This first blend was nice, but I'm not sure I'd look for it on my own. It will be interesting to see what comes next month. If you are looking for an economical way to try new flavors, this might be what you are looking for.

Coffee and cookies really ARE perfectly paired! Also, there’s plenty of coffee to last several days (for me, anyway). And the cookies are not your run-of-the-mill classics like chocolate chip and whatnot. They are original. Love this subscription.

It’s fun to anticipate the arrival of the coffee/cookie pairing. The Kenyan coffee this month is good, but unremarkable. The cookie is balsamic and rosemary, with a little black pepper. It works, but I don’t think I’ve met a cookie I didn’t like. I’m already looking forward to the arrival of December’s box.

$20 a month for less than 10 days worth of coffee and 2 cookies?! What a disappointment. You want to make this a value buy? Include a 16oz bag of coffee for the same price. Even then $20/mo is a bit much.

I subscribed and have subscription gifts. We do virtual tastings together. The first months have been delightful. This last month, no warning, we all received only one flavor of coffee and the same flavor of cookies. The reason was customer feedback, but none of the comments or reviews speak to that, so I feel this is an untruth, non-transparent, & uncaring towards customers. It’s is very disappointing and we will be cancelling all subscriptions if it subscriptions do not go back to original promise.

In my never ending search for more and more, and more organic coffee I stumbled into this subscription box. I've tried other subscription coffees on Amazon, those that will not be named here, but they did not offer organic coffee. With one service you may get organic coffee from time to time and with the other service there was just no option. The idea of getting 2 cookies paired with a great roast of organic coffee seems like a perfect combo with the only negative thing being that it leaves me wanting more and more, and more... The cookies are always bakery fresh and individually sealed. They are a decent size and always taste amazing. Every cookie that I have had to date from this service is always fresh, delicious, and leaves me wanting more. The coffee is where it's at and was my main focus. While I do not like any flavored coffee, I always love trying different roasts of coffee from different places. It amazes me how coffee can taste so different even though from the outside it's "just coffee". It's fun getting a box with bright green shredded paper for packaging every month filled with 2 small packages, which is now 1 bigger package of coffee and 2 cookies. The coffee comes freshly ground and sealed in the multi-layer pouch. I don't notice any valves on these pouches to release the gas that ground coffee can emit, but given that it is so freshly ground and you will probably drink it up fast I guess this isn't a big deal. I believe the coffee would last a year as they do seem to be vacuum sealed with no room for anything to get in there or out until you break open the seal and inhale the fragrant & freshly roasted coffee. I don't think there is any better smell than ground coffee. Maybe fresh baked cookies? No, on second thought, coffee smells better and is so much better for you, usually (depending on how you enjoy your coffee).

I went back on forth on whether to indulge myself with such pleasures, and I am so glad that I did! The packaging was delightful, and the contents were both perfectly packed and perfectly delicious. Them sea salt Carmel cookie was a home run before I tasted it, but I was apprehensive about the red velvet cookie. I normally would never go for red velvet anything, however, when paired with the espresso matched with it, the red velvet totally redeemed itself! I would still not eat a red velvet cookie alone on a dare or a threat, but with a cup of the coffee provided by match made, no doubt I would try again. I would just like to add that this company is not only a fantastic quality, but also a company full of integrity. While reporting a simple mistake, which good people make from time to time, Alex was immediate to respond and rectify the situation with an above and beyond level of steadfastness. Match made coffee is a quality company from product to representatives. I would give six stars if possible.
