Anti-Eternia He-Man is a black Origins He-Man figure with red accents. He sports a great if familiar sculpt, has decent paint (assuming you don't get one with messed up eyes), and poses well, if a bit awkwardly -- par for the course for the Origins line. You're not getting any surprises here: except that somehow this figure manages to be WAY cooler in-hand than that simple description suggests. Why does an all-black He-Man look so menacing? Why does the red just *pop*? I don't know, but somehow this simple recolor has ended up being one of my favorite Origins figures. Others I like for the nostalgia glow; this dude is just wicked. The media could not be loaded. There were a couple of Black people in HE-MAN and I’m just celebrating the fact that he’s one of the characters from the show but I don’t remember seeing him on the show. I think it’s a George Floyd thing where they just kind of made up another character for HE-MAN for black Americans. I bought him to support my black brothern. Now there was another guy who was he had the clamps on his hand. I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to collect him because I’m running out of space to collect my toys. Daycor he-man fan since the beginning of HE-MAN and I must’ve been about six when it came on. My favorite characters is beast man and Orko, however, I do have more he-man characters I’ve collected. I do have a lot of orko and I wish I had a lot of Beastman, but there’s not a whole lot of good looking beastman, except for the one that actually looks like beast man from the show. I’m not talking about the first beast Man. There was another beast man that was made out and he looks exactly like beast man. ... show more

PRODUCT REVIEW: 5 STARS I love it, although the featured AMAZON photos aren’t an accurate depiction of the character’s coloration. The ankle and knee “joints” are actually the same colors as their respective boots and the legs. (Not Yellow) Having noticed this, when I unboxed the Anti Eternia He-Man figure, it seems that Mattel increased the tension on the elbow, knee, and feet "points of articulation", which keeps the figures more stable in their posed positions. I also like how the packaging artwork foretells the future waves of characters and accessories for the product line. HANDLING OF MOTU PRODUCTS REVIEW: 0 STARS First, I am extremely disappointed in the fact that AMAZON allows third party sellers to price gouge the consumers! The initial allure of AMAZON (especially PRIME) was fast, free shipping AND finding items cheaper than big box chain stores, like Target and Wal-Mart. Second, the quality control at the AMAZON distribution warehouses MUST BE non-existent. If not, how is that every single MOTU item I have received has been damaged? The shipping box (if the employee took the time to use one) is undamaged but the product looked like an adolescent primate handled it prior to haphazardly stuffing it into a box. Granted there are the token three-piece “Air Pillows” added for comic relief, but is still insufficient to properly protect the merchandise. I am not the only customer with these complaints! Check out the pictures I included as a product comparison. AMAZON should relinquish any attempts to provide undamaged collectors’ items to their customers and forward all their MOTU products to BBTS for proper pricing, depictions, and shipping & handling.
