So the great thing about it is that it fits my 800 just fine. I was looking to buy a non masterbuilt one because I thought it was too expensive the one for the 800 (more than the 1050) but a friend told me the one for the 500 fits the 800 and yes it did work

You can buy a cheap universal grill cover at a big box store for half the price. It won't be anywhere close how good this one is. The sun will fade it to a grey color after a long hot Florida summer but it will stay strong and do it job of protecting your grill from the elements.

This cover is very nice has a good quality feel. Has decent weight to it, so no worries about wind. I've had it for about a month now and it's been through a couple storms. It's holding up great.
