    • Works wonderfully and for less money.
My experience was great. This is probably made for the cheaper makeup style airbrushes or things that are not super expensive. The reason I bring this up is that I saw another review claiming that their airbrush didn't fit in it. That may very well be the case for SOME airbrushes but definitely not all. My guess is that if your are going for this low cost cleaning pot, you may also have a cheaper makeup style airbrush (which is probably what this pot was designed for, not other super high end airbrushes). That said, if you have a cheaper airbrush (which is possibly the case if you are considering this cheaper cleaning pot) then it should work just fine. I'm sure different high end stuff is great and if you have a high airbrush then sure, maybe buy their matching 20.00 cleaning pot. If not, this one should do just fine. I have found that with airbrushing, it's easier to work with a cheap airbrush and compressor than cheap paints. You can mix cheap acrylics with alcohol as several online videos can show, However if you don't mix it just right, you can get more spatters and clogs. If you are trying to save money and using a cheap airbrush, compressor or cleaning pot, just practice perfecting mixing your paints or buy pre mixed name brand "real" airbrush paints. I have had good luck with 1 part pouring paint with 2 parts 91% alcohol (mixed very well). Good luck and happy hobbying! ... show more

    • Solid enough for an airbrush holder
I lost the last one (don't know what brand) and ordered this. Used it recently. It's solid enough to hold up an airbrush with hose attached & easy to clean. It combines & beats the home-made holder and waste bottle that I made.

Well, it seems to work. The only thing I don't like is that mine came with paint in the pot (and some stains on the outside). I don't worry about it too much, since I'm just likely to do the same, but I did purchase this new and apparently received a used item. It isn't worth the hassle of returning, though. ... show more

It's usable as a stand for your airbrush as well as a place to safely spray out all the cleaner and thinner and water and paint when you're cleaning out the brush between colors. Airbrushing without this would be a pain.

Honestly I wasnt sure if this would help me airbrushing.. but it really does. I mean I'd have to walk back and forth to a sink everytime I wanted to cleanout or change colors and this just saves a lot of time and helps patience :) worth every penny I spent
