I am very happy with this massage gun. I didn't pay a lot of money for it, and it definitely serves its purpose. I think it has 30 different settings and I usually use some of the faster more pulsating settings with the round ball attachment to massage my legs and areas around my sore knees. It provides a little pain relief and relaxes my legs. One thing to note is that it automatically shuts off after about 15 minutes of use. At first, I thought it was broken, but this is just a battery saving function I suppose. Also, if you use this massage gun regularly, you're going to have to charge it every few days or so. But it charges fairly quickly. I have never used a more expensive massage gun, but this seems to do everything it was promised to do. It has a lot of attachments I have yet to use - there is one for massaging the area around the spine that looks pretty cool if I ever find someone to help me massage my back. Personally, I'm glad I didn't shell out the big bucks for a more expensive massage gun. All and all I would recommend this massage gun to anyone interested in self massage or even to use as an adjunct to a more thorough body massage. Thanks for reading and good luck! ... show more
