I bought 2 of these wonderful guns to use for my body from skiing accidents. Torn rotator cuffs, horseback riding accidents gardening, haying around my Ranch. Boating accidents on Flathead Lake. Over the years I have been blessed to live a wonderful life but in a busy life comes medical problems also. My Orthopedic Surgeon told me to keep him on speed dial. Same Doctor has done all of my surgery. But I have used the one I kept for me and it has been outstanding. Lots of different attachments you can use depending on what is hurting at the time. The down side is the battery runs down real fast but the comfort you get for how it does your deep tissue massage is so worth it. There have been so many good sales on Amazon that the less expensive ones work as well as the $200 ones. I am so glad that I got mine..

Many 5-star reviews talk about an easy to understand instruction manual. Sadly, mine only came with a 4 page "Users' Manual", which was pretty much useless, giving mostly warnings and no instructions except about the battery. So, when you first plug it in and see 88 flashing, you have no idea what that means. Fortunately, the Amazon product page has most of the information you need, since such info can't seem to be found elsewhere. But nowhere does it tell you how far to push attachments into place. You need to read reviews or experiment to find that out. I can't yet tell how well it works, as you are supposed to spend no more than 10 minutes on a particular area, and the knot I have will probably take several days to iron out. But, so far so good. I notice that most users who complained about not getting the instruction manual gave the product only one star, probably out of spite. While I was possibly equally displeased at its absence, the product itself seems legit, even if the product page and users' manual are filled with typos ("muslce massage" and "funtion"), and nonsense and non sequitur lines (like "working noiseless than 40 decibels", "and is too comfortable"). Still, I'm sure that their broken English is way better than my broken Chinese would be. But it doesn't do a lot to instill confidence in the product. What does instill confidence are the 22,000 ratings and 75 percent of the ratings being 5-star. And to top it all off, it comes in an awesome carrying/storage case. I better stop typing now, my knot is acting up again. -- UPDATE: I can no longer in good conscience justify my 3-star rating of this product when I find myself using it so often. I cannot get it to remove the knots in my muscles, but it sure helps relieve the pain. If it wasn't so effective, I figure I wouldn't be using it as much as I do. So I'm adding one more star to my rating.

I have been living with upper back pain for more than a year now. I didn’t want to pay $100, $150, or $200 to Massage Therapist to have my shoulders and upper back rubbed. I have tried several different things to get rid of the neck, shoulder and back pain. This was my latest effort to get some relief from neck, upper back and shoulder pain. After using this device, I woke up pain free and pain free for the rest of the day. The daily back, neck, and shoulder pain I have been living with was gone! Now when I feel the tension beginning to creep back in, or building a knot somewhere along my shoulders or back, I use this to release the tension and get back to pain free movement.
