Beautifully crafted and high quality touch and feel to this humidor. But, mold & staining within minutes. As per instructions, slightly damp cloth and wipe wood to being humidity efforts. I placed the provided magnets to hold the digital hygrometer on the lid. Within 20min, the area where the magnets were, left a dark like mold staining on the lid. Permanently discoloring the surface :( Later in the week, the humidor tray where distilled water was in, began molding a white color on the top. Unfortunately, super frustrated.... upset wife... but nice humidor to look at.

For those of you moderate cigar aficionados, this is the perfect humidor. Prior to this humidor, I had gotten a couple of freebie humidors from the cigar stores that came for free. I'd throw my cigars in there with a boveda pack and they wouldn't stay fresh for very long at all. Then I used air-tight tupperware containers with the boveda packs and that works well, but very unattractive. This is where this humidor saves the day. This humidor looks like a beautiful decorative piece that someone would decorate their home with. It is very attractive to look at and feels very substantial. It comes with a digital hygrometer and a refillable rectangular humidifier. The really cool thing about these is that they have magnets on the back and they attach to built-in magnets on the underside of the lid! The entire underside of the lid is magnetized, so you can place the hygrometer or humidifier wherever you please on the underside of the lid. It also comes with a key to lock the humidor securely. Inside, the humidor is cavernous. The product states it can hold up to 100 cigars and I believe it! I don't have that many cigars in my possession but I was able to store all of the cigars from my 2 large tupperware containers. It also has a removable top tray with a moveable divider... to separate the longer cigars from the shorter ones if desired. The main part of the humidor also has a moveable divider as well. As for the humidor itself, please take the time to "season" it as is recommended. I took distilled water (MUST BE DISTILLED WATER or you will get mold in your humidor and on your cigars) and a NEW kitchen sponge. I wiped down all wood surfaces with a light layer of distilled water, being careful not to soak it. I closed the lid and locked it. I then repeated it 24 hours later doing the same process. Once completed, my hygrometer read 74% humidity... perfect for how I like my cigars. ALSO, I recommend using the 50/50 propylene glycol mix for the humidifier as it maintains a more consistent humidity. But you can also use distilled water for a cheaper alternative. I definitely recommend this item.

I store cannabis in this and it works great. It looks really nice and even has an effective lock. Tons of room, if using for cannabis this will be more than large enough.

The build quality on this was way better than the other humidors you find on amazon. It feels sturdy and heavy. It creates a great seal after seasoning it. I had to return 2 other humidors (bald eagle, and tisfa) because the humidity wasn’t holding and it felt cheap. The fact that this doesn’t have a window makes it work better. And honestly I prefer that over the ones with windows. The design on the outside looks great in person. Only complaint is the digital hygrometer it comes with doesn’t seem to have any way of calibrating it. I found the exact same hygrometer on Amazon and it has 2 extra buttons in the back to calibrate. Seems like they just got the most basic version of that and threw it in. And the magnets aren’t that strong so it keeps moving every time I open and close the humidor. Overall the humidor is awesome but the hygrometer is a cheap version of another hygrometer. 4.5 stars

Fit and finish are excellent save the hydrometer. Once you add water it will not stay in place with the magnets supplied. This one item caused me to return since every time I opened the lid the hydrometer would fall off unto the cigars. Too bad. Otherwise it's a nice piece. Wish they would fix.

The media could not be loaded. An exquisite design cigar humidor with a Digital Hygrometer, and humidifier. The top lid also employs a metal plate, which also comes in handy for the humidifier that has several individual magnets on the reverse side to seat properly on the inside lid. I took a damp cloth and wiped all the cedar wood inside. This brought out the cedar aroma more. I let it sit a few days before placing any cigars inside, which helped it to air out more. The humidor has a removable shelf section and stores more of my cigars below. A total of 100 cigars is a good amount for this size case. Also provided is a water dropper for putting the appropriate amount of water into the humidifier. The humidor comes under lock and key and also makes for an attractive look all around. The hinges and locking mechanism appear to be stainless steel and are well anchored to the unit. There are also two movable dividers enabling different size cigars to fit. There is a users manual enclosed but it's quite brief with little information. It does come very well packed and the wood arrived in perfect condition upon arrival. This humidor is a vey nice looking piece of furniture that can be set on a table or desk anywhere, and it slides well across the top of any sort of smooth surface. It is priced at a good value as I have seen different but similiar humidors for twice the cost of this Marvero. This makes a great gift for any man and I belive they won't be dissapointed.
