Tastes artificial in the best way possible. Can't eat everday. You have to be in the mood for it. Worth it. This flavor becoming harder to find in stores, so I'm glad Amazon carries it. Will buy again.

The sodium content is high at 47% of your daily value, so you don't want to eat this every day or every meal. Of the cup of ramen varieties, this is one of the most expensive, so you get less value for your money. it is one of the better tasting varieties of cups of ramen, in my opinion. The texture of the noodles help the cheese sauce to stick. In my opinion, overall, it is one of the better varieties of cups of ramen, but the higher price hurts the value. ... show more

If you love Ramen noodles and mac and cheese, then you will love this one. The noodles are shaped differently but it's still as good. Now it's not exactly like mac and cheese but adding cheese to it will increase the flavor.
