You don't hear many people raving about ramen but to me, they are a convenient comfort food. They were my go-to lunch when I worked as a prison nurse. I bought them from the canteen frequently. And it was love. I don't know about the sodium content or if they are healthy (they're good, so my guess is no, lol). What a delicious soup, though. They arrived well within expiration date. These are the best ramen cups, I swear by it!!!! I love the subtle, but yet still spicy flavor. I don’t think it has very many health benefits, but when you need food to be rationed like during a hurricane, this will surely keep you full & content!
