The Monterey sofa console table combines the coastal and farmhouse Styles in to fashionable and functional table. Constructed from solid pine and finished in a natural finish Featuring wormwood details, a wonderful white painted stain, and a white painted stain with a grey stain top. Two (2) drawer and two (2) shelves allow for plenty of storage space for games, magazines, and other belongings. Drawers slide out on smooth ball bearing roller guides. An additional feature allows for the console table to be used as a TV stand for flat panel TVs up to 55". Recently, I redid my guest bedroom. I removed a huge four poster bed and replaced it with a white metal platform bed. I needed a console table to set opposite the bed, and it had to be sufficiently long to support a 43” flat screen TV. I didn’t want a white table that would “match” the bed. I also did not want the table to overpower my new light and airy metal bed. I saw this table on Amazon and immediately ordered it. My sister was visiting when it arrived and I put her right to work. After unpacking the pieces, she and I, both in our 70s, assembled it in about 15 minutes. Instructions were simple and clear. Its drawers arrived already in tact so all we had to do was attach legs and shelves. All the holes lined up and all required hardware was included. This piece (with the exception of its two drawer frames and hardware) is constructed of real, reclaimed wood. I could barely believe that, for the price. And because it is made of reclaimed wood, expect color variations and a good amount of “natural” distressing. This table is not for someone who wants pristine pieces of wood. I use this table in a room with coastal vibes but it would be equally fitting with farmhouse decor. Its metal drawer pulls are simple and nice, and the entire piece is well made. Oh, and this table would easily support a television larger than my 43” model without looking burdened. I am confident it will bring enjoyment to my guests for years to come. ... show more

Easy to assemble and truly only took 20 minutes. Could have done it with one person, but two people make it even easier. It looks great and is very sturdy. Bought the 'dirty' white. It's pretty but does does look dirty.

Not happy with the finish. They state it’s natural but then the natural color is a yellow-brown color - not attractive in my option. I’m going to refinish it myself this summer. I didn’t return it because I love the quality of the piece- especially the solid wood. It’s also very sturdy. In all, four stars because I’m not nuts about the color of the table, as I said. Assembly couldn’t have been easier. I had my daughter help because you really need two people to hold the shelves in place while assembling. ... show more

You definitely get what you pay for and this hallway table is worth every penny. It's securely packaged for shipping (69lb.) so the UPS truck would literally have to drive over the box to damage it! Also, the table assemblies in about 10 minutes because most of it already comes assembled which is a real time saver. Buy it, you won't regret it that I can promise you. The credenza came very well packaged and was very easy to assemble. I'm using it in the guest room, perfect height for guest to put their suitcases on (instead of luggage racks). Gives our guest drawers and shelves for their convenience.
