So the reason I’m giving this product a 4 start is due to the hassle. I actually had requested a refund cause when I received the order it was nothing like the picture. It was so shrink wrapped that when i opened it the couch had no cushion it looked deflated. I did not know but Literally 3-4 days later the couch got it’s cushion, it seemed like it takes those days to get bounce back to normal. My son is 8 months old but this is perfect for him as he goes into toddler years. Just got it in the mail today. Took about 15-20 minutes to fluff out. Its perfect no complaints from me. My 10 year old had one when he was younger too. Great buy. Though i dont think the price is fair lol they used to be $20 in the store but you cant find them no more.
