I work a customer service job from home and have put on weight in the three years since the pandemic began. I knew I would have to find a solution so I bought this desk and an under-the-desk elliptical. This desk only took 35 minutes to assemble with only a few tools needed to to the job. Iโ€™m a fairly tall guy and this desk raises high enough for me to be able to work while standing without needing to hunch over. Took about an hour to assemble and it was super easy. You don't need a drill - a Phillips screwdriver is sufficient. It operates smoothly. I sit for 10+ hours a day working remotely and this should help my back and neck pain!
