Margarita Man has been producing our award-winning gourmet cocktail mixes since 1986. All of our products are made with pure cane sugar. No high- fructose corn syrup goes into any of our products. Mixing / Preparation Instructions 1. Margarita Machine or Blender: Designed for use in a blender or any frozen drink machine, margarita machine, granita machine, or slush machine. 2. Margarita Machine Batch Instructions: - 1 bottle (1/2 gal) – Margarita Man Rum Runner concentrate - 2.5 gal – water - 1 L – Light Rum - 1 L – Dark Rum (alcohol optional) - combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into a margarita or slush machine - Makes 56 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 virgin Rum Runner slushes 3. Blender Instructions: - 4 oz – Margarita Man Rum Runner concentrate - 1.5 oz – Light Rum - 1.5 oz – Dark Rum - 3.5 cups – Ice - combine all ingredients in a blender and frappé! - Makes 4 8-ounce drinks ABOUT MARGARITA MAN We manufacture over twenty-five premium frozen drink concentrates that can be used in margarita machines or blenders. Tried them all in Bunn Ultra 2. This is the best. Follow the directions exactly using Jose Q Gold (not white). The pure cane sugar is the trick, makes the machine happy and no acid heartburn like the cheapo mixes the restaurants and low end bars use.

First time purchasing this product, ordered the dreamsickle, and blue Hawaiian. I made these in a BUNN ULTRA 2. Unfortunately I started to follow the recommended ratio for a slush machine and it was way too watered down. It recommended the jug plus 2.5 gallons of water. I only did 2 gallons thinking I would add the .5 gallon if it needed more water. Unfortunately everyone agreed that it was too watered down.
