And they were comfortable from day one. I actually broke them out of the box and wore them that night to an event I was going to. And I felt great. No blisters, no sore feet. I like the fit, and the height of the heel. It is higher than some might like. This is a comfortable bootie, but I sized up a half shoe size because of the pointy toe. I am not sure I needed to, but it probably would have been a bit snug. I like the toe, but would have liked a tad more rounded, than the square tip. It makes the boot look a little more western than I like, but it isn't overwhelming, so I still like these overall. ... show more
