When I opened the package, I was pleased to feel the texture and color of the fabric. It was a solid black that matched everything, and it fit as expected, if not better. I have broad shoulders and a long torso, so I am used to clothes I order from Amazon fitting poorly due to normal measurements. The shoulders are wide enough to not ride up, and the length of the sleeves is long, with the wrists tight enough to keep them from going over your hands, and what I found the best was that it covered my hips, unlike most sweater lengths. The fabric itself was thick and breathable at the same time. This is something you can wear on a cold day and feel comfortable, but also wear it on warmer September days and not feel suffocated. It's rare that I find a sweater that's truly made for those who don't fit the usual mold of body type standards. This is a great sweater that is flattering to my round mid-section. The shoulder cut-outs are just enough to give you that sexy feeling without having to reveal too much. The shape is great, allowing me to French tuck and give the illusion of a waist without gathering up on it. Definitely recommend!

I usually wear a M, I got an XL expecting it to be nice and long so can wear throughout my pregnancy with maternity pants or leggings, if doesn’t seem like it will work for me for too long though, shorter in front than back. Cute for no maternity wear though!

I absolutely loved this sweater! The material was much higher quality than I was expecting & very soft!!! Unfortunately I had to return it due to the size. I am currently between sizes, M and L. I purchased a large to be on the looser side, especially since other reviewers said it runs big. Well… either I received a defect or they were all wrong. The large barely fit.
