I was so excited for this to come. I knew it would take some time to fluff up and then it didn’t. It isn’t comfortable, it had no weight to it, and I found it less warm than the lightweight alternative down duvet I already own. It’s also loud and the material is uh, crispy? Definitely disappointing and I will be returning ASAP. EDIT: The seller reached out to me and was super nice and helpful about the product- the customer service was fantastic.

I understand that i bought a down comforter, just like i bought a feather pillow, difference is my feather pillow doesnt shed feathers every 5 secs like this comforter does... Im scared to even open my duvet and see what it looks like in there, this is a horrible comforter, i just noticed 2 more feathers as im typing this review, i understand every once and a while a feather will pop out, but i am throwing away small annoying feathers everyday..... Dont buy this comforter, go with something else.....

Beautiful comforter -it took a good 4days and some help in the dryer to fully fluff it up and get the wrinkles out. The comforter is soft and very comfortable. I'm a hot sleeper so this weight is great for winter.

Something I always struggled with has been using blankets during hot months. Either the blanket makes me too hot, or I feel too exposed and un-cozy and have a harder time sleeping. So if I can't sleep I'll finally use the blanket and end up in a pool of sweat, and end up having to wash the sheets and blanket constantly. The solution turns out to be a lightweight duvet and cover. The cover can be washed. And the lightweight duvet, even for the same weight as a denser blanket, because of its low density still feels cozy but doesn't feel so hot. It's more like a light cloud than a blanket. This is a great lightweight duvet. Somehow it's the same size as my other heavier duvets, and feels like it has a similar (but slightly less) volume, but the weight feels like it's only about 25%, which is amazing for sleeping in a tropical climate. On that note, this is a great lightweight duvet for people who live in places that stay warm all year round. It rarely gets below 70F here, yet I can use this year round here. Note that this is the insert only, which you can sleep on directly but I wouldn't recommend it for the difficulty in cleaning regularly; there are lots of nice duvet covers that you can use to match your decor.
