For starters, be sure to read the figures regarding the size of this because, we assumed that the twin size would be like the ones we slept under in Iceland. They were made to just fit over your body, and not hang over the sides of the bed. I should have paid closer attention to the actual measurements because this is more like a bedspread, where it hangs over the sides. We were hoping for something different because they’re a little bit too big to fit two on one bed, which is how it was set up in Iceland, and it was really nice to not have to worry about accidentally pulling the covers off of your sleeping partner, or vice versa. It seems well made enough. We just got it and have not noticed anything wrong with it, per se.

I am so happy I bought this comforter and only wish I’d done it sooner! It is fluffy and warm but breathable, and it makes that wonderful gentle crinkly sound that sounds luxurious to me. I don't like leaving negative reviews under any occasions, but after using this duvet/comforter for 7 months I feel like potential buyers deserve an honest review. One of the most important factors to consider when purchasing a down product is the feather/down ratio. Generally speaking, you want as much down in your products as possible. A 80/20 down to feather ratio is usually the cutoff between a good down product to an OK one. A 70/30 or lower down to feather ratio is all but guaranteed to be a mediocre product. This comforter/duvet is 10/90 down to feather. Yes, it's 90% feather and 10% down. It's that bad. The result is a heavy, noisy, and smelly product that is CONSTANTLY leaking feathers. There is a reason they don't tell you in the description that this product is only 10/90 down to feather. There is a reason that so many people complain about the smell, noise, weight, and non-fluffiness of this comforter, it's because there are barely any down in it, it's all feather. I know this is one of the cheapest 'down' comforters on Amazon. But do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get an OK product, because this one isn't even mediocre, it's awful.
