I simply love this Kurta! It's everything I was hoping to find, in a style that I've searched high and low for. The fabric is definitely cotton, but not soft t-shirt cotton. For those wavering on the sizing issue, stick to the size you would normally choose in a shirt. My chest measured at 41", so I took a chance on the 40" Medium size. It fits so well! the actual garment will measure 4" larger than what it is marked as, which is indicated on the product description. I thought an extra 4" of material might make the chest too big and loose. That's not the case. There's just a little room around the chest and back. The shoulders fit perfectly. Consider your shoulder build when ordering, more so that your chest. In any case, I just want to say thank you for the beautiful garments! I bought this item in green and it is the color displayed on the Amazon page. I'm 6' and about 215-220 lbs. I bought the largest size and I wish it had a little more room in the shoulders but otherwise it fits well. The fabric is light and seems to be adequately made. I like how it looks. The fit is not exactly how i was expecting and so is the material. it fits well around chest and shoulders but kind of loose fit around waist.. it kind of hangs like a an open umbrella lol. i never buy clothes online and this is the exact reason.

This is a great shirt. Fits perfect on a XLT guy who always has a hard time finding the right sleeve and shoulder fit combo. Very comfortable fit (similar to a slim fit shirt). I am 6'2" and the large size is what I ordered. The material is delicate so I would not recommend wearing this shirt when engaging in rough activity or sports. However, its great for casual dress, "shabby chic," or an ethnic/boho cool look.
