It is different than expected (it is an ointment not a cream) but has a nice scent and feels very soothing. Does put off a cooling sensation but when you’re hurting, that’s not a bad thing. I haven't tried it yet because I gave it to mom for a cut toe. She doesn't like the looks or smell so she isn't going to use it. I'm giving this one star because of false advertising. I bought it based on the claim of Manuka honey because I really like the way the honey heals. After reading the ingredients I found that there is no honey in it. I am very upset about that. Even if it ends up healing wounds, it isn't what I was promised. I'm trying to collect a medicine cabinet full of a variety of Manuka honey products and I feel like I wasted my money on this because, despite the description, it doesn't contain Manuka honey or any other honey.

Sistikoko Advance Cream does not have a texture that I'd call a cream. It's more of a salve or ointment. The product is a solid that melts a bit upon skin contact and eventually absorbs well into the skin after some massage. It contains both tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils, both of which have a very strong scent that does not dissipate much over time. I found the scent to be quite unpleasant and overpowering. The cream left a somewhat burning/cooling sensation on my skin after use.

The cream or ointment I received says fights common & stubborn skin bedsores & pressure sores. Also below that it says for scrapes and hard to heal skin. The cream in the listing and from what others have said in their reviews, the cream is suppose to be yellow. Mine is dark brown, no yellow here. There is a foil seal inside the lid. Most have mentioned the ointment being smooth mine is very thick and sticky and has a gritty texture. The smell is strong, it reminds me of a really potent coffee smell with a hint of mint and idk but it’s odd and takes some getting use to. I have had a few places of rough skin that no matter what I have tried they are still there. I have been using this for a little over a week and I am seeing some improvement, more than with anything else. I plan to continue using it and if I see a complete improvement I will update. The ingredients are strange and many I can’t even find.
