This tv stand is nice. I wanted a mid century modern and this item delivered what I want. First, the parts were not labeled clearly. Second, the panel where you screw-in the hinges were not drilled. So be aware of that. It took me and my boyfriend 2 hours to put it together in total. You will need a lot of patience believe me. But in the end it is not only nice , it’s beautiful. When I looked at the ad picture, the back of this tv stand has 1 piece cover for the back , but when I put it together, the back cover has 3 pieces which is a pain to put together because you have to put tons of nails. ... show more

I was so excited to finally get this since I just moved into my first apartment. It’s really beautiful and really makes the space come together. It was just the assemble that literally almost made me reconsider returning it. There are some holes that don’t exist that you’ll need a drill to create such as the holes to hold the door in place. Also the legs are sitting at an angle but the screw that holds in it place are straight and suppose to fit anyways… I had to look up a YouTube video to realize a drill was required for this assembly. It took me 7 hours in total to put theses 8 pieces together. Wouldn’t say it was worth it but if you really like this be prepared. ... show more

I read all the reviews about how it was terrible to put together and thought “this won’t be me.” WRONG. It’s a pain to put together. Holes were not drilled where they should have been, did not align right. Had to make holes myself. It took two people a bit over an hour to make shift this together. But she is pretty and sturdy once it’s done. I’m glad I have it but I would not spend another $130 on this. ... show more

Really exceeded my expectations! I was nervous due to some reviews, the price, and it being from Amazon. However it is very sturdy and very heavy. The only con I have is it was NOT easy to assemble. If you are like me and do not have much experience putting together furniture, make sure you have someone to help and plenty of time! I did it by myself in about 2.5 hours but it was difficult. Not all of the holes were aligned so I had to drill new ones and a few of the nails were faulty. But other than that, it’s great! ... show more

I was really impressed with how sturdy this was, and I love the Mid-Century style. I will say that because of how heavy it is, assembly really requires two people. Also, you'll need a heavy-duty 18V cordless screwdriver to attach the legs. Using a regular screwdriver and doing it by hand would be nearly impossible. As some of the other reviews have similarly stated, there’s a chance your delivery will come with pieces inside that are already damaged. In my case, the shipping packaging was undamaged so I thought I had lucked out. The first piece that I discovered damaged, fortunately ended up being a corner that faces the wall and is hidden from sight, so I was able to wrestle my instincts to return it, and just deal with it. The second instance of damage I found, came in the form of some imperfections in the glossy white finish on one of the pieces. It looks like some sort of error that happened in the manufacturing process, and not something that happened during transit to me. Overall, I’m happy with the product, and it turned out perfect for the way I had envisioned it in my space. Check all the contents when you take it out of the packaging, and be mindful of where any damaged sections you find, will end up when you’re done assembling. ... show more
