knee-high riding boots have quickly become a favorite in my wife’s wardrobe. The slip-on style with the inner zipper and adjustable laces makes them easy to put on, and the lightly padded footbed plus non-skid sole keep her comfortable. The heel isn't too much and she doesn't roll her ankles. The fit is good, my wife wears a size 7, and they fit her well, though you might consider going a size up if you plan to wear thicker socks. There’s plenty of room for toes, so they don’t feel too cramped. The faux leather looks sleek and stylish, perfect for dressing up an outfit, but just a heads-up, they shouldn’t be exposed to heavy rain or extreme wet conditions, as that can affect the material over time. I wouldn't call these snow boots either. I think they're more for attire than warmth. Overall, they feel well-made and give a polished look similar to more expensive boots. Confirming other reviews - great fit, great style, soles wear out VERY quickly even with light wear. Faster than other cheap faux-leather boots; they don't even last a whole winter before they start leaking in the slush. The upper is still perfect and I considered getting them re-soled, but that would run about a hundred bucks at most good cobblers. So I can just get three more pairs of these, or maybe bite the bullet and get them in real leather. Fit is great for muscular calves. Probably not quite big enough if you are very plus size, but perfect if you are usually between regular and wide calf. Shame they are so disposable, they are the perfect style for former goth/punk/emo kids who still want to shout-out their previous selves. Boots like this used to only be several hundred dollars at alt-culture stores! ... show more

True to Size - very comfy- well made My only complaint was the photos make the buckles and rivets look silver- they were very yellow gold- so, they don't really fit my aesthetic and I probably wont wear them as often as I was hoping to

Pretty nice looking boots for the price. I have somewhat thick calves (15.5in circumference) and they were able to just fit inside with the laces loosened a bit, but 14.5in shaft circumference as advertised is quite generous. I didn't see it written anywhere, but the boot shaft height was also 15.5in from the heel to the top. As other reviews mentioned, going up a full size is recommended, because they still feel a bit tight around the toes when I went up half a size. ... show more

What cute boots. When I ordered these I wasn't expecting much like expecting them to be really stiff or very uncomfortable because the price was so good But they're very cute. I ordered a half size up I always do in boots though. The lace up is for decoration because it has a full zip side But could be used to snug up the fit of the boot because it does function. The zippers of good quality You can tell when you zip them up. They were very easy to put on fit nicely. It has gold and accents around the string so I'm wearing I'm in a dressy situation For the holidays. Maybe I'll update this review with a picture of me at Christmas. ... show more

    • Problem Legs/Feet? These WORK!

I have painful RA feet and stability issues, big calves, WIDE feet, and a high instep that makes most boots painful. I wear a 9.5 WW normally. I got these in a 10. These boots are FABULOUS. Not heavy. Easily adjusted for my calves. My feet fit comfortably—no squeezing at the sides OR top! The sole is not slick. They are nicely padded through the shaft, too. I’ll be switching these out nonstop with my Dansko ankle boots this winter at a fraction of the price. As for durability, I’ve only had them for a couple weeks, but even if they get destroyed this winter I can afford to grab another pair for next year. So they may not have the longevity (sustainability) of a quality brand, but when you have multiple issues with your feet you learn to snatch up what works. These work. And they look badass.
